My shopping experience was pretty pleasant, a lot of websites try to push other items or even distract you from what your doing. It made it very convenient for me as a fire fighter to purchase emergency lights. Thank you for including videos of light patterns, it made shopping for the right one that much easier because i know what im getting. Can't wait to recieve my light bar and see it in person!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I placed an order and decided to cancel my order shortly after I placed it with plenty of this for this to honor my cancellation before they sent it. Not only did they not honor my cancellation, they still sent some items and only HALF of my entire order. Now they refuse to respond to any emails to give me a refund or send me the rest of my order. I will be contacting an attorney and pressing charges!
11/29/23: Light Bar Purchase from Extreme Tactical Dynamics for $404.96 via Credit Card.
1/8/24: Told to expect the item to become available in 1-2 weeks.
2/6/24: Messaged to check on status; a day later my message was replied to that it had been forwarded to a manager. I was never contacted by a manager to date.
2/12/24: Messaged ETD regarding my unanswered message from the previous week and told them I wanted to cancel the order and have a full refund and a credit memo to show this has happened.
2/28/24: Again messaged them regarding cancellation and full refund and asked who I need to speak to in order to get an answer. Received a message back saying that I need to speak to the accounting department. They gave me the wrong email for the department but I managed to get one to go through. Received an automated message back from them stating all stipulations. Called and tried looking for accounting department… apparently the accounting dept doesn't have a phone so was told by customer service to just keep blowing up their email. This is their resolution to the problem! Either way, orders returned/credited 30 days after the purchase date are only allowed "in store credit", which obviously I have no need for as orders don't get filled or shipped.
This is been 3 months to the day!

Ordered a small LED Light Bar from this company and had not received it in over a month. Upon contacting Customer Service via email I received replies which were generic and informing me of their no cancellation policy. I finally reached customer service and was surprised by the confrontational attitude and lack of concern. I was informed to "wait and see" and their policy would not allow any returns for any reason. We cancelled through our credit card company. My company is a large manufacturing company in SC and deal with hundreds of vendors. This is absolutely the worst purchasing experience we have incurred. AVOID at all cost.

Ordered from this place. Wrong lights were shipped. I tried contacting these people but could not get a response. Then went back and read the Google reviews and realized this place is a scam. Go read them first and do yourself a favor. Buyer beware. This place will steal your money too. Cannot believe they are still in business.

I ordered some lights plain hideaway lights, and they never came. Shows they are still in process and its been over a month. I am going to the better business bureau with this complaint and going to find out what county they are in. I see several complaints, it's time to take these Butt heads to court. I am starting a list of complaints and contacting the right authorities with this. They have ripped off several people, this is not right.

Don't know how they get away with taking money and never delivering product. Its been three months since ordering $480 worth of products, never returned phone calls after multiple voicemails as well as not responding to emails
fairly easy to navigate the website on desktop. my phone(iphone 8) had some formatting issues with the web pages. for example the lynx light bar line was mixed up with other lines on the page.
The entire process from locating the item(s) I wanted to purchase all the way through the checkout was very easy. Now, I am just awaiting the delivery of the items. If this works well and satisfied with the quality of the product and receiving it within the estimated time then I will probably order several more to equip vehicles/trucks in our company fleet.
I purchased 2 grill lights for this company some time ago. To date they have not arrived after being promised them 2 weeks ago. I jumped through the hoops to cancel the order but have heard nothing. When I called for an order status I spoke to the rudest women who basicly said f off. Never again. It looks like I'm out $80. Now off the the BBB.

I ordered $169 worth of emergency lighting on March 12,2021 and have yet to receive the lights, it's now April 14. I paid by credit card and they processed the payment through paypal. Virtually no communication through email, failed to give me even a tracking number. I called paypal and filed a complaint, but paypal stated that since I also complained to my credit card company, they would not honor the complaint. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...

Ordered light bar in Nov. It's now January and no communication. Took 2 months just to find out that what I order was out of stock and the only send a different bar and They won't give a refund only site credit! It's going on 3 months and still nothing. We agreed to have the substitute, yea it's a bigger bar but since we sent a email saying we will take it, we haven't heard anything from them! 4 emails and 6 phone calls since December and still nothing! I'm not happy at all with them. They used to be great I bought a nice bar foe the years ago but now I don't have a clue what happened. They used to answer calls but takes months just to get a answer. If I have to sue to get my refund I will!

Placed an order December 22,2020. As of 02-10-2021 no products have been delivered and the order still shows "in production" (6 surface mount LED's). You cannot speak to a real person. Their customer service sucks. *UPDATE* Finally delivered on 02/27/2021. They should advertise their current inventory and actual delivery time of product. I originally gave them one star, but they do make a good product. 5 Stars for their lights 1 Star for their Customer service.

Have sent 3 messages, called and left numerous messages. I am out $600 and can't get ahold of anyone. I have a box full of useless lights. Customer service sucks, quality sucks, this company is a joke, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
