I have called and sent countless emails to this company and never get a response. I placed an order in July and still have not received all of it and its the middle of November. I've asked for a refund for the remaining order but no one will respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT VAULE THEIR CUSTOMERS!
I recently purchased 6 hideaway led white/amber strobe lights. One of these stopped working after installation. I am 77 years old, am ASE certified master technician and a retired automotive instructor. I contacted Extreme Tactical as soon as I finished the installation by email, two times, no reply at all. I called by telephone and left a message, still no response. This one light out of 6 was obviously defective. After removal my vehicle was immobilized, due to removing the headlight assembly and I notified Extreme Tac that the led would flash 6 times and stop, nothing. If i disconnected power and reconnected then it would flash 6 times and go out. I have never dealt with a company who would not at LEAST contact a customer. I use this vehicle daily. I had to seal the hole with tape and reinstall my headlight assembly, and I ordered another hideaway led strobe light from Bright Lights LED. Received in two days and am installing the new light. I would definitely NOT recommend Extreme Tactical, and since I am retired from the Army, I would question their referencing that they are approved by the US govt! My wife and I own and operate a business, and if we treated a complaint by one of OUR customers like this, I would be ashamed of ourselves.
If you desire to do business with these folks, knowing ahead of their treatment of this old soldier, then I have no sympathy for you if you encounter the same treatment.
I ordered red and amber double stack lights, hot pink and amber, ordered the 360 degree hideaways, got some non reflective garbage, ordered Orion 12 and got something completely different, was charged for the free promotional dash light. Have sent 3 messages, called and left numerous messages. I am out $600 and can't get ahold of anyone. I have a box full of useless lights. Customer service sucks, quality sucks, this company is a joke, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
This company is a joke. Never sent my lights zero communication tried emailing accounting to cancel. No response apparently they are known well for taking your money and not delivering.
I placed an order on March 23 2021 in the amount of 114.00. They took their money the day the order was placed which wasn't the problem. The problem was the site never said the item was out of stock and would have to go into production so again I placed my order for the surface mount lights. Here we are August 12 2021 and I still don't have my product and you can't talk to anyone to get a refund. So I got my lights from another vendor. I call these idiots every day trying to get my money back and sent dozens of emails on a daily basis and I still haven't heard from anyone and I still haven't got my money back. They took my money and I got no product so that makes them thieves in my book!
Order lights from them a month ago and still haven't received them tried to call them and still haven't heard from them. Tried to email them but still no answer
Order some things weeks ago and still don't have them in yet. Which is keeping patrol car down. We're going to start going to other companies.
Placed an order on May 28,2021… Today is June 22,2021… Have left numerous messages for them and sent numerous emails… Still nothing from them as far as receiving my order or a response to any of my messages… Had to file a fraud report with my bank in order to recover my $150. Beware!
I ordered $169 worth of emergency lighting on March 12,2021 and have yet to receive the lights, it's now April 14. I paid by credit card and they processed the payment through paypal. Virtually no communication through email, failed to give me even a tracking number. I called paypal and filed a complaint, but paypal stated that since I also complained to my credit card company, they would not honor the complaint. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...
Placed my order about 10 days ago... Haven't heard anything via email about my items being shipped... Tried calling to see what the status of my order was got an automated message about covid-19 and left a voicemail... Have also emailed and haven't heard or seen a response... For these reasons alone I'd recommend using someone else
I placed an order of $500 on February 12th and I they haven't sent my product, is just says that it is in production, I keep writing them and I just receive automated messages, they don't answer the phone. I would never buy here again, I wrote them an email to proceed with the money return and they dont answer.
I ordered an LED light bar back in January and it was never shipped out. My money was taken out of my account for this item. It is now almost April and I still don't have my item. I contacted the company over 5 times and never got a call or email back. Very disappointing.
Purchased over $800 worth of emergency lighting eight months ago. The representative process the orders quickly and arrived quickly. However upon receipt we realized the brackets did not fit the light. Spent 2 months emailing company until we finally got a reply to resendsend back brackets. Company receive brackets 4 months ago for exchange. We have not received hi product after reaching out to them at least 25 times via email. They don't not answer the phone. Our lights are useless until we receive these brackets. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their actions border on criminal. Please look elsewhere.
It's not for lack of me trying to communicate. I have emailed and called a dozen times over the last 2 months. I can only assume that this company has stolen my $145 and I will never hear from them again. What does a person do in this situation?
I dealt with Aspire Sales LLC (ETD) for months of emails and a PayPal dispute. On the last day of the dispute they sent a tracking number. I escalating it and paypal denied the claim. Ordered 12-9-20, Received 2-16-21 Mined you this was a X-Mas present.
This company needs better customer service. It's been almost a month and still no product. Then the automated responses do not give accurate information. If no stars was an option they would have gotten it. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
Placed an order December 22,2020. As of 02-10-2021 no products have been delivered and the order still shows "in production" (6 surface mount LED's). You cannot speak to a real person. Their customer service sucks. *UPDATE* Finally delivered on 02/27/2021. They should advertise their current inventory and actual delivery time of product. I originally gave them one star, but they do make a good product. 5 Stars for their lights 1 Star for their Customer service.
I ordered a visor light bar in July I waited over a month and a half for the light bar to get to my location. I tried it in my car and it was to big so I returned it and payed 1 day shipping to get the package there quickly to be a nice person. I put my return items on a piece of paper along with the product numbers inside the box with the return item. I called back to see if they have gotten my return items a week or two later and they said they did and asked what I wanted in return for the light bar and I said I left a piece of paper in the box what I wanted in return. So I asked kindly what I wanted and they got the order but didn't give me no order number or anything like that. In early November I called back to see how they were doing on the order and they said they didn't have a return order for me at all so I had to repeat again what I wanted in return for the 2nd time but yet no order number again. I waited until November 20th and called back again and they answered and said sorry we didn't get a an order for your return so I had to repeat back a 3rd time and then they gave me a new order number and said it will take a little bit for the order to get shipped out due to the holidays and I said that's okay I understand. I waited until now which is 2/4/21 and still says that the product is still in production and the order has not been updated since November 20th. I tried calling for a month almost every week and they would send me to voice mail or either say they are to busy with a customer. I do not recommend this company at all. I would go to a company that will appreciate your money and your cooperation. This is not the company that will work with you at all. Bad customer service and horrible communication.

If you want this light bar, you better order it at least two months in advance. One was ordered Nov 2020 and we are still waiting for it. Try other manufacturers if you want it quicker
