It works fine for me. It will get you on a plane and gives you twenty four hours to cancel. The amenities of hotels are sometimes wrong though.

Booked a hotel through Expedia. Confirmation email explicitly stated I could cancel without penalty if done by 11:59 pm the day before arrival. I ended up cancelling within the prescribed time frame and received confirmation from Expedia for the cancellation showing no penalty or charge. Hotel charged me $830 anyway, and is refusing to refund. Expedia appears to have misrepresented the hotel's cancellation policy. I should have booked directly with the hotel.

Expedia went above and beyond in taking care of a totally bad- failed situation for me. I booked a stay at a hotel that had a contract within another- RedDoorz Premium near Gaston Park Cagayan De Oro City. I was on vacation from the USA and I get there and the hotel no longer exists. Only the new hotel and the old sign above the building. After a couple calls expedia had me in another hotel close by with all above and beyond expenses paid. They even switched me one more time to an even better hotel after I found that one not up to my standards. They really took care of what could've been a very bad situation. Thank you so much...!

Today we found out my husband has a brain tumor. We are devastated. I had to cancel some things we were planning on going. I couldn't even think straight and needed to cancel our hotel. Your agent Roberto did everything for me with no delay. I was so grateful. I will always use expedia

We've been using Expedia for round trip flight internationally, it's convenient, easy to use and I like the price changes alert. I also like that I can view prices for each date ranges. Affordable prices, and I like the idea that I received the alert or reminder for my upcoming flights.

I booked a flight for late March 2020. As you might have guessed, it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The way Expedia managed my request was professional, the process was transparent, and now I'm willing to book my next flight via their platform.

I think this is a very good website which will always give best options. I have used it several times. I either use Travelopod or Expedia. I always get the best deals with both these websites. 5 stars to both!

I get the best rates from expedia for hotel. However it is not so good for car rental or flight booking...

Hello, This review is to express how much I am truly impressed with the customer service at expedia.com. I had a very special issue with cancellation of a flight. Eva from the Philippines ( I specify where she is from to ensure she is recognized) she delt with my issue in such a professional and helpful way! Expedia has just ensure a very loyal customer for life! Thank you Eva!

Expedia.com are professional, i always do my trip booking ( flights, hotels, cars) through there website.
They are honest fast and reliable.

My wife and I book all our trips on Expedia. It is much cheaper than booking a flight directly from the airline. The points are nice and although it takes forever for them to redeem, I definitely have been able to use them and get free hotel rooms. App and website are very easy to use. Although sometimes if I am booking a hotel flight and car, the app does not work as well as the website

I like the 24 hr cancellation without loss and the customer service isn't bad either. For years they have delivered consistent customer service and comparable prices. I prefer to fly Delta and they have fairly good availability on Expedia. I'll stay with them but being an informed traveller I will keep checking other sites as well. You never know what might pop up! Otherwise I'm a loyal customer.

I must admit I usually use booking.com for my accommodation when travelling but this time I found a great deal on Expedia. I was unsure whether the accommodation would give me the type of room I wanted but I was very happy upon arrival. Expedia is one of the better known brands so it gave me lots of assurance. The booking process was simple and I would have no hesitation to recommend them again. Very happy!

Good experience with Expedia. I had to contact them about a cancelled flight and they went out of their way to help me. Hats off for their customer support agents!
Website is easy to navigate. Their point system for members doesn't seem very attractive and Booking.com often has similar pricing, but all in all a good experience.

I have been using Expedia pretty much exclusively since 2010. Their website is outstanding and the few times I have hit a travel glitch their customer service department took care of me with no issues. Once I was stranded in Beijing because a connecting flight to Chengdu was cancelled. A call to Expedia on my cell phone led to a local hotel booking and the first flight out the next morning within 10 minutes. As a Gold member I receive lots of hotel and car upgrades which are a great touch!

I booked a "budle trip", roundtrip air, hotel and car. I personally made an error and immediately called Expedia and they cancelled the flight and re-scheduled us with another carrier. However, on my credit car the charge from the cancelled airline was posted in the allotted time so I telephoned Expedia. Eventually I was connected with a supervisor named GERALD who did an outstanding job of navigating through the red tape and handling my problem. Now I don't travel as much now but when I get great service like what was provided by GERALD, I can be assured EXPEDIA will do the job or make it right.

We stayed in the family room and the Oval room at The Rocky Cove B&B in Ilfracombe North Devon and the accommodation was excellent and the service and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. You are served complimentary homemade fudge along with the teas and coffees in the room which was delightful and a beautiful surprise. The hosts Nicki and Jonah were excellent. We will be coming back to stay again. Thank you

We had a 1 week conference in the hotel and it was the best hospitality we have received. We have been to many hotels before but the RH Hotel was THE BEST. We were given a 5 star service by 2 ladies Neo and Gladys and my team and I have decided to use this hotel for all our upcoming conferences and want to be served by these 2 ladies only from here onwards. They were so friendly for the whole week and their energy is remarkable. They made us feel at home and we love their level of professionalism and passion for what they are doing.

I often rely on this website especially when I am travelling alone. They guide me how to make through the check-in and even how to operate kiosks at airport. They also tackle my hotel requirements efficiently.
