Ordered some shoes on eBay, delivered by this appalling company.
They tried to deliver 3 days early and as I was away clearly left instructions to leave with neighbour as property outside wasn't secure, low and behold they left the package at a different address and tried to say they had delivered it
Photo evidence shows a picture of a different property not mine, won't accept responsibility it's gone missing or has been stolen even though they delivered it to the wrong address

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Disgusting service and practises. Ordered 10 Disney baby items from Vinted and item was shipped within 24 hours by the seller. Parcel was stuck in transit for 8 days with no update. When this was raised with Evri they advised it had been 'misplaced'. They asked what the parcel contained. I advised childrens clothing. Within 24 hours the parcel had been 'located' and would be delivered 24 hours later. Just picked it up and its 2 random items of clothing in a lidl carrier bag with what looks like 2 previous Evro delivery labels attached. Wrapped in parcel tape.
Shameful and disgusting service, they just made a new parcel after they apparently lost the original one. Should be ashamed of what they do.
This delivery is by far the worst I've ever come across. I waited and watched my door like a hawk after being notified via email that my package was to be received between noon and 2 PM. I even waited outside for a time and never received the package despite it saying it was delivered. I checked around the block, I asked neighbors, I checked nearby post offices, and nothing. The delivery person never called me, never sent me an image of where they supposedly "delivered" my package which I paid 250 euros for.
I tried calling Evri and all I got was a dumb robot constantly telling me that it has been delivered. No human support, not even a reply to my emails or the inquiry I sent via their website. I waited days and nothing, I even got in contact with the retailer of my package who said that it was sent to this delivery company. I am considering a full refund because of this confusion and back-and-forth nonsense.
Every time I have used Evri, 5 parcels have gone missing and 1 ripped open by the time it got to the buyer.
I have blocked Evri on my Vinted account.
No other delivery service constantly looses or delivers damaged packages.
Bad service. The one star rating was too good.
Totally unreliable, impossible to contact unless you have hours to waste and when you do make contact they never have a sensible anser to your query.
They loos and/or damage at least 10% of the parcels we send ant we send approx 80+ per week. Last week I got as far as their depot and then they lost. How is that possible. They admit they have lost it but I have to wait 1 month for a refund.
They are just not functioning as an effective service, everything fine to squeeze profit and screw the customer, these people are clowns that collectively raise the stress levels of people all across this country because they are so rubbish
You can change the name but the service is just as bad, Paid for next-day delivery and waited all day. I sent a message to the company that sent the parcel and was told that it was dispatched. The evri site said it was with them and not out for delivery. At 21.15 pm I get a message saying that they tried to deliver it at 20.15 pm and guess what we are still sitting here and no one has tried to deliver it. Another company let us down last minute and it was a rush to get the shirts before the funeral. Shocking service. They didn't even try to deliver. The parcels are tracked and I bet they can not provide evidence that they tried to deliver the items. Thanks, Evri for making a terrible time even worse.
I sold an item on EBay which was posted to USA in July 2024. I was informed 4 days ago( just under 2 months after sale) that it had not been received.
I was initially past from pillar to post saying that it looked like the parcel was lost but they had to investigate. Then with breakneck speed they rejected my claim because I hadn't informed them within the terms and conditions timescale that it had not been delivered.The buyer had waited the time to tell me and how was he to know that there was a time limit? Then I was told it was my fault as I should have checked the tracking and realised it had gone missing. God forbid a company has the ability to realise themselves that a parcel entrusted to them has gone missing. So now, I am without my goods that have been paid for and the buyer is without his money. I only gave 1 star as I was unable to give none. Unfortunately I will not use this company again. When you do complain all you receive are the generic answers!
And to top it all, a reply from Evri on Trustpilot asked me to get in touch to review what went wrong 🤬
The worst experience of my life. I am from Spain and I bought a book through Abebooks in an English bookstore and the book never arrived. In the tracking they had the nerve to say, successively, that I was not there, then that I agreed with them the delivery at a later time (I challenge them to prove that, obviously it is a lie), and to top it off, that the address was incorrect or incomplete (something false, and also contradictory to all the above). I think that someone should file a complaint...
I ordered a worktop cooker a week ago from Amazon. They lied, saying my signature was on the delivery on the Amazon order tracking when I wasn't in the building. My request to deliver it to a neighbour was ignored, and the parcel on its side with half the packaging missing AND an empty pack from someone's lunch rubbish!?! Photo attached.
In August 2022, I also ordered a £550 gaming PC from Amazon, for my autistic kid's birthday. It eventually arrived 9 days late, by which time the kid had to be taken to hospital in crisis because of it.
Sadly for Evri, it's gonna take more than renaming the business to fix the institutionalised dumpster fire of a delivery company!
If I could put no star I would. Can someone explain how they managed to have 4.2 stars? EVri employees are thief, first time was my shoes, now hello fresh package. Always lie that they got delayed and couldn't deliver. I sent email and try to call, until today NOTHING! They don't even take time to call back, give goodwill gesture or make the customer feel appreciated. I haven't heard anything good about EVri so I am really surprise with their 4.2 star on other platform. Last but not least, how can companies continue to work with such unprofessional people!

The delivery chap didn't bother to turn up on the delivery day, I had a text saying there were access problems. I live in a cul-de-sac with zero access issues! I'm right on a path with my own drive and ample spare parking next to my house! I was also home all day! There was no communication from them, he then turned up the following day and threw my parcel at my front door hard! This was in view of my two neighbours who were out the front at the time!
Recently, I had a unpleasant customer experience with Evri. My Package was returned due to incorrect address as their system refused to identify postal code at their Hub. My supplier emailed to contact Evri urgently other wise, it will be returned & no refund will be applicable. When I approached Evri via their App, no option was available to do a chat with system. The helpline number unfortunately was unable to recognize word "R" in my tracking reference to proceed further and I ended up emailing to Evri CEO about zero-Customer care support. When I received a call from Evri meanwhile my package was returned already. My supplier was unable to change the address either due to system limitations. Thats all miscommunications between the organizations ended up frustrating customer/ Loosing money/Causing trauma. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Evri due to unethical and poor customer care support.
Having ordered various items from various places I have only ever had problems with Hermes/Evri. One expensive and irreplaceable Christmas present apparently sprouted legs and vanished. 2 Dinner Services sent at separate times arrived totally smashed to bits with one parcel having two muddy footprints indented into the box. A third parcel which included several small items and a 15kg bag of animal food just got lost (or as I say it sprouted legs and walked away). As for delivery dates and times - why bother - they nearly always change the date saying 'no one was in so we couldn't deliver it' even though I wait in whenever a delivery is due. They then state a next day delivery - which doesn't happen or you just get a message to say the parcel has been lost (a lot of sprouting legs about)! I am now going to order online when I know for sure Evri will not have anything to do with my deliveries. They need a MINUS 100% review as I am sure many people would use it.
Packages left unattended (many times), deliveries being postponed for days (forcing me to stay home and missing weekends just to not have my package left on the street) and last, the courier not even knocking on the door and simply getting an email saying "sorry, we didn't find you home". Well, you would have, if you just rang the damn doorbell!
Hermes saw fit to rebrand as Evri because there was so much negativity and bad reviews under their old guise. Well guess what, it's a case of same abysmal service, different name. Automated complaint system that goes around in circles achieving nothing, no picking up from the depot, no accountability for their inability to locate a missing parcel. They had the previous nickname of Herpes because they were considered a disease amongst courier companies, I suspect it's only a matter of time before their new name becomes "Evri parcel lost or misdelivered".
This is the courier of nightmares. Do not order a product if it is delivered from Evri. They claimed to deliver to my address and when I looked at the photo evidence it's not even where I live! I told Evri about this along with showing them an actual photo of where I live and they said 'these things happen' and have returned the parcel to the sender with no apology or effort to deliver to the correct address. Simply the worst.
Worst experience ever. I paid extra for quick next day delivery. Parcel was late for 4 days. And it comes totally broken, looks like someone played football with it. Inside was a console ps4, and it's completely destroyed. Evri answered me that they sorry and they assure me: "that they are 100% committed to ensuring every parcel arrives safely, however each parcel goes through several handling and transportation processes and on rare occasions, this may happen" -great 100% you have! Anyway they won't refund because parcel contained a computer which is listed as an excluded from compensation item and cannot be claimed for. "Terrific" service you even worse than royal mail. I will never use your service again.
It was booked for the next day delivery and still after 5 days not delivered and tracking number is also showing nothing.

Works well until it doesn't - What really sucks is that I kept heariing about how rubbish evri is but i ignored it. I organsied a parcel collection, they did nt turn up and changed the status to 'thanks for letting us know you no longer want the parcel picked up' - I've tried everything from the stupid bot on evri.com/help-and-support/help-centre to the phone number *******456 (which is just their bot again) all within thier opening hours but i can't get through to an actual person to sort this. They charged me for the pickup but haven't picked up and now I can't speak with anyone to sort it - total joke, would rather pay more than get ripped off like this, at least royal mail are honest about it
Answer: Never had a good experience of this company, so sorry I can't. Its all negative stories I've got just now.
Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
