Ordered some shoes on eBay, delivered by this appalling company.
They tried to deliver 3 days early and as I was away clearly left instructions to leave with neighbour as property outside wasn't secure, low and behold they left the package at a different address and tried to say they had delivered it
Photo evidence shows a picture of a different property not mine, won't accept responsibility it's gone missing or has been stolen even though they delivered it to the wrong address

Ordered a pair of ladies shoes in size 4 from this company they arrived today one size 4 one size 5 attached and as a pair, obviously counterfeit and made in Asia
They looked poorly made and not in a box as per the description on the eBay superdrystore
This is extremely worrying as it looks like they are selling and distributing counterfeit goods
Contacted them via eBay and they didn't help at all, didn't even offer a refund
It's extremely hard to get your money back and they won't send the correct pair out which is just disgraceful

This companies money back guarantee is a scam and a sham and is just advertised as a way for you to buy items
Had everything go wrong with a delivery, wrong date, wrong address and sent photo evidence of a property which is not mine
Messaged back and forward sending all proof and evidence only for them to decline a refund telling me to sort it out with the delivery company which is Evri who are also a disgrace
What an absolute disgrace of a company do not trust the money back guarantee its a blatant lie

I Made an order online and it was accepted and confirmed and money was taken out of my account
4 days later I received an email stating that the item was no longer available and the order was cancelled, no explanation just cancelled and a refund would be given within 5 days
I contacted customer support asking why it was cancelled and why I would not receive my order and got no reply
I then got a email sent from Trespass through asking if I enjoyed my buying experience and I responded very negatively stating my experience and that no refund was given and I got no reply from that even though it had an assigned customer service person, absolutely apalling behaviour and service
To date I have still had no refund and no contact from them which is disgusting

I wanted to give zero stars but it's not allowed.
Contacted Tastecard on 26th August as I tried to use the card in a restaurant and the app wouldn't open
Followed this up the following day by removing app and downloading again still no luck
Contacted Tastecard again and was on phone for over 30 mins then just got cut off
Followed their guidance to get a new password and re activate it, still no joy and no reply from Tastecard
Emailed 2 further times on 29th and 31st August, got no reply, called again on 1st September and after 45 mins waiting it cut me off again
The app is still not working just shorting out when you put in log in details still no reply from Tastecard and when I tried to call today they have taken down their phone lines, totally disgraceful behaviour
They take your money and don't offer a service, it's now been unusable since 26th August and they have made no contact whatsoever what's joke
Iv asked for a refund got no reply at all

This is most definitely not the Debenhams that has been a British institution over many years it's now run by a scandalous and apalling group of people who behave disgracefully towards customers.
Have made 3 orders in the last month and each time has become progressively apalling. The first order arrived damaged and after arguing vehemently I was given a refund
The second order was made by next day delivery and it didn't turn up until 3 days later again no real apology apart from being offered a free delivery code, just blamed the delivery company and took no responsibility
This most recent order made on Friday again by next day delivery still hasn't arrived, contacted them on the Saturday and advised them it hadn't arrived they gave me this pathetic story full of lies and fabrication that it wasn't if you ordered before 11pm as advertised all over their website to get it next day but actually 9pm and they actually think customers will accept their lies
Told them I was not accepting that and after initially refusing to escalate to a manager eventually did, the manager messaged me telling me what they said was correct and they were not liable for anything until 8pm yesterday (Sunday) and would deal with it if not delivered by then
As expected still no delivered package yesterday so now it's 2 days late, contact them to advise and get no reply
Wake up this morning (Monday) to get an email from Debenhams via Hermes saying my delivery had been returned and thanking me for returning the package when I hadn't even received it
Debenhams have no official complaints procedure which I find amazing and hard to believe and are not regulated by any body or appropriate ombudsman
This means they can do and treat customers however they want and you have absolutely zero comeback when they treat you like this
They are a disgrace of a company

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Purchased a sidearm from them and on the second time of using it snapped at the handle. Sent them pictures and they were not interested, would not replace it or offer a refund, even though it was brand new.
It's clearly counterfeit and faulty and they are getting away with selling them to customers and refusing to replace
They have been reported to trading standards and Amazon where it was purchased

Scam company, they trade as professor herb but are under the umbrella of the Rosdon group who have another scam company called cougarbeautyproducts
Made an order for a product retailing at £17.99 and 3 tiny bottles of the body creams arrived totally damaged, emailed them with pics and they apologized and said they would send another then totally ignored emails, gave me a phone number that doesn't exist. Had no idea they were same trading company of the Rosdon group who I had the same issue with an order from Cougarbeauty, who didn't even send what I ordered stating it was lost in the post, money lost, definitely a scam.
They have been reported to Trading Standards. Beware this company
