Another 1 Star. I would put ''0'' if I had a chance. It's absolute joke and rubbish. From changing the name nothing has been changed, poor service. Croydon depot manager Paul a couple of years ago told me that ''He does NOT want to see me again in his depot'' (((( Because I had to go there as the driver handled my parcels to the stranger outside, it was an unknown male. A couple of months ago another driver started to shout at me to come downstairs and collect my parcel from there as otherwise someone will break his car's windows. He didn't listen to my request and left my parcel downstairs which obviously in this dump area was stolen. A couple of weeks ago My Heritage sent me Ancestry DNA Kit. I opened the entrance door and was waiting for the driver to come upstairs, but no one came up. Then I checked a tracking and discovered he left it in the porch. I didn't go downstairs as our neighbours have XL bullies without lead. This is the tracking: H01SVA*******412. The company sent me another kit and 6 December 2023 the driver again left it on the porch. I requested him to deliver to my door number but he refused and ordered to go downstairs and collect it. How can he say it? It is his job! I didn't' go because of dogs and then 6am in the morning it was not anything. It was the same driver who was worried about his car, but not about peoples parcels! Do these kind of people understand what they are stealing? DNA Kits, which they cannot resell, cannot use, absolutely useless for them. This is the last tracking for Ancestry DNA Kit: H01SVA*******775 (stolen). If Evri reads it Can head office managers take an action against such behaviour please?!

As a seller on eBay I thought I would give evri a go,result 3 parcels posted 1 lost,1 damaged, rubbish
For monumental incompetence and cynical dishonesty Evri is hard to beat.
I have now wasted 12 (TWELVE) days awaiting promised deliveries of goods that did, of course, not arrive. Initially they could not open the locker, or so they say, and so left the parcel in the locker for six days without apparently doing anything to open the locker or to inform me or to inform the sender. They knew it was in the locker of course. They just couldn't care less. After eventually opening the locker they lost the parcel at the first depot for a few days. Eventually they found it and it belatedly arrived at the local depot where they lost it again! They then found it, or so they say, and told me it would arrive today before 2.00 p.m. Needless to say it did not arrive before 2.00 p.m. and has not yet arrived. I suspect it never will arrive. The fabled search for the Holy Grail was a task of monumental simplicity compared to tracing an Evri (Hermes)parcel. The search for Franklin in the Arctic was a comparative walk in the park. The Amazonian search for Fawcett would be an elementary training exercise. Searching Evri is the real deal. Waiting for Godot is a productive use of time compared to waiting for Evri. Use Evri if you wish. A much more reliable method of delivery would be to attach your labelled parcel to a helium party balloon and launch it into the skies and then pray. You never know might be lucky. You know you won't be lucky with Evri. I have been lied to by Evri time after time. It would be most unfair if all the many many thousands of unhappy customers of Hermes (now passing as Evri) were to contact the CEO at Martijn.DelangeATEvri.com (change AT to@) or ring him at *******4640 for I am sure he has more important things to do ( if only) But then life is not fair as we customers well know.

Hello Martjin,
I am extremely frustrated, upset and angry with the service I and my customers have received from Evri.
As you may have noticed, I have been communicating with Evri since Monday in regards to the status of 9 business parcels whose tracking has not been updated since 19/04/22 when they were dropped off at a local parcel shop. The replies I have received have told me the matter will be fully investigated and I will receive a reply in the next 24-48 hours.
Well, I've had no replies whatsoever! My customers, the recipients of the parcels however seem to be a totally different matter!. As you can see from the attached correspondent below. One of my customers was told by Evri that their parcel was lost within 24 hours of emailing!
Considering I have been communicating to all 9 of the customers advising them that Evri was trying to locate parcels and that I will keep them updated, I am extremely upset that this information has not been confirmed to me.
It's bad enough that Evri has already tainted my business by failing to deliver the items on time. Now they are making our customer service team look stupid by not communicating with us and giving us the information we asked for. We have also wasted time constantly chasing Evri for updates.
I expect a full response before 1 pm on 28/04/22 (tomorrow) confirming whether all 9 of the parcels are indeed lost or found.

DO NOT CONNECT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SCAM REASONS. I nearly got caught out and entered bank details, but luckily the strangeness of it made me check and it's a known scam so cancelled my card immediately. Check the company you order goods from for the courier they use and if they use this company previously known as "Hermes" refuse or do not order.
They changed their name simply because the service is awful and their connection with crime (scams). Hermes to Evri.
I had a delivery. Then a text the same evening saying a parcel was not delivered and to re-delivery enter card and bank details for £1.30 to arrange re-delivery. It's a SCAM to take your payment and bank details.
This company is either involved or their systems are so bad scammers can access their systems to know you had a parcel from them.
SIMPLY ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
If you are reading this and think otherwise, use Google and search "EVRI SCAM". It could be forgiven if I had not had a parcel delivered by them the same day as the scam text. This to me means the scammer knew I was expecting a delivery from them. This means there is a connection. Either this company is involved and leaking customer information or their systems are very easy to hack... either way it's happening to a lot of people and a lot are not as lucky as I was to realise something was not quite right. They changed their business name from Hermes to Evri and I'm sure they will do it again as the name change has not stopped constant negative reviews or people being scammed. It makes sense to set up a "legitimate" business and leak the customer information to scammers if the people behind this business are of criminal intent. BE WARNED. IF SOMEONE USES DETAILS OF YOUR ACCOUNT THAT ONLY YOU ARE PRIVY TO, THE BANKS WILL NOT REFUND THE HUGE LOSS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE.

They will loose you parcels or if they dont they will damage them. Stamp on throw or steal them. AVOID AT ALL COST

Re-branded from Hermes, a known terrible delivery company that more often than not never actually bothered to deliver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Evri lost my parcel over six weeks ago. I paid for insurance to cover it in full, but they've ignored my compensation claim entirely. I've tried to call their customer service team to speak to someone, but my tracking number has suspiciously stopped working, so I can't get through to anyone. I'm having to report them to Trading Standards, and I'm pursuing a claim through the Small Claims Court. Avoid using this company—it has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I am lost for words about this company. I had parcel which was due for delivery on Monday and was not delivered because the package was too large. It is now Thursday and I have got the same message again.
On holiday nearly 400 miles from home then evri say they delivered a parcel, a painted nailed hand with a gold bracelet pictured next to closed door but thats not a delivery. No card in letterbox and checked with neighbours on return but still no. The phone and chat lines get no call backs after a full week so the 24hrs thing is rubbish. EVRI has stolen my parcel..
I highly recommend avoiding this company as they are completely unreliable. Not only did the driver decide to cancel the pickup of my package, but I didn't even receive a notification about it. I found out by accident when, after the promised time had passed, I checked to see what was going on and saw that they had canceled the pickup service. And even after contacting customer support, I received a response only 10 days later! Honestly, this is a terrible delivery company.

They delivered a parcel at the front door of my building, anyone on the street could see it, of course it got stolen. They don't take the blame, keeps me pushing to contact the sender and EVRI don't reply to my emails anymore. It's been 3 months and nothing sorted. No parcel, no refund, ignored by all employees. Poor service. No costumer service respect. AVOID!

Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
