How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Evri?

Impossible, they don't exist, well perhaps in the minds of the EVRi management

Incredibly difficult: nigh on impossible. When you try to phone them rhe number comes up as potential fraud on my phone.

Yes, I also found out it was £6 a minute to complain to EVRI.
BUT if you go to Resolver, they are a free to use online company that will help you get though to them. At first EVRI just send you a template of what EVRI sends to all complainees, but reply to that and at least they will acknowledge you and most of the time they will try to track it, just keep replying and they will try and get your parcel/s tracked and even ON THE RARE OCCASION even delivered eventually. It costs £6 to call Evri. They're live chat is worse than useless. Basically everything about Evri is sloppy amateur at best

Got thro second try. Opened case of missing parcel.
Auto system won't let you in again, if they don't respond too bad. It is Evri. Try the auto chat line, it's useless but you can swear at it and it's circuits don't blush
The moral is, NEVER USE EVRY

You can't get through to them at all. There's only a live chat which is with a bot and not a person. Automated response and full of poo. No way to get service.
