Evri lost a parcel they were supposed to deliver Next Day on 15th August 2022 it still has not been delivered and they will not admit they have lost the parcel, automated Chat is absolutely hopeless you are talking to a robot, their Customer Support are a useless bunch of could not careless idiots. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER there are plenty of reputable courier's online you can use.
Claimed £10.80 from me saying the parcel was oversized, I measured it and it wasn't, they should not have accepted it rather than delivering and charging extra. Due to them miss handling items, so much packaging has to be used.

So what I have learnt about this company so far is they have a delivery service that is not up to standard can't deliver a unit to my house but can take picture at the bottom of my road, been waiting for three days delivery was ment for last Friday, got feeling from the photo the delivery driver had two choices deliver the item and be late on his lunch or cba delivering it f'it going on my lunch break investigation is open now with studio who we bought the unit from to see why it has not been delivered 3 failed delivery's aswell is not good luck for a rebranded company also stop getting employees on trust piolit to right up good reviews about it shows weakness anyway that is what I yhink anyway

The items are never delivered on time always days later even when items have a paid delivery time slot as for there tracking app tells you your delivery will not be delivered a day after it didn't turn up plus don't give you a fresh delivery date RUBBISH
Still waiting for my delivery, it should have been delivered by the 17th November, this is becoming a regular thing, 3rd time a parcel has taken 2 weeks or more to arrive after delivery date. VERY UNHAPPY
I was at home all night and my parcel was never dem8vered around 9.34pm! Instead a parcel for 97 ermine road was handed to me by your incompetent, illitereate, blind courier! No wonder Evri changed nanes from Jernes but majes no difference. Still the same old couriers.
My watch parcel was either lost or stolen and I got emailed saying it couldd not be delivered. I also cannot contact Evri.

I ordered an item from Amazon and it seems like Amazon outsourced the delivery service to Evri, which I have bad experience with it before, last time Evri lost my parcel. This time my parcel was never been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered at on 16 Sep 2023 16:00 then suddenly it was delayed till 21:00. Me and my family were all at home the whole time and no one has rung our door bell nor knock on the door, no sight of Evri's van either. Then I received an email saying that the driver was unable to deliver my parcel cause I am not at home. It is total nonsense as I am at home for the whole day. Then my parcel was being rescheduled to deliver on 18 Sep 2023 which is today. The tracker said it was supposed to be delivered from 18:00 - 21:00 and again I received an other email claiming that I missed my parcel cause I am not at home. And again me and my family were actually at home for the whole time, and not once we heard door bell rang nor deliver van coming into our driveway. The drivers are obviously lying.
Keep on getting messages that delivery has been attempted but I've not been in (I have!) And there's no way of getting in touch with any human customer service!
EVRI changed name due Hermes being awful. EVRI are awful next day delivery 4 days overdue not delivered. I've been waiting on part for car stuck on ramp for a week incurring costs due directly to EVRI cretins in breach of contract do not use AVIOD CRETINS.

Please avoid evri or hermes the worse delivery company ever, no customer service all automated text or call, we are waiting 7 days now, on the tracking shows delivery attempt 3 times in the last 3 days all lies no one came here we are open till 6pm,I'm still here waiting for my items, in the last 3 days I spent 7 hours to speak with someone to help me no option tried 10 times call or chat online nothing happen, I really need my items asap, I ordered lights we removed all our old lights 3 days without lights, no option to speak with someone where is my items to go and collect my self, I did asked the seller please do not use Hermes or Evri unfortunately they did, try to avoid
Absolutely shocking, delivered my parcel to the wrong address not even on the right street. Had a notification of delivery along with a photo of a woman's hand, half a door and no address.
Absolutely rubbish. Tried to book for a return parcel to be picked up 4 days on the trot. Never turned up. Tried to talk to someone on telephone. Impossible. Terrible service. Avoid if possible
On the first day of supposed delivery my package was lost and they refused to give updates in location and status of my package, it been lost for around 4 days

When I try to use their chat box they cannot recognize my postcode
They pretend on phone to have the track number that has got letter (and I cannot dials letter even I tried to apply the T9 method) their email is broken
It seems they are just keeping the parcel for them
If you want your parcel insured I would look up on Google what this company insures
Because they will take your money no matter what and most things aren't insured.
Never use them its your risk.
Despite my stipulating my safe place AND downloading a photo of it, today EVRI, for the SECOND time has left a parcel at the side of the house in full view of the street. I have contacted the sender Cotton Traders and told them I will NOT be ordering from them again due to the poor service from EVRI

Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
