Horrible service. They lie about attempted delivery. No customer service - only a horrible useless automatic service that wastes your time:(

They never delivered my parcel, I know because I see everything delivered at my address I have cameras, I asked for proof of delivery to locate the parcel, they showed a picture of my house, without a parcel, it was never delivered, I could have seen it
I am writing to urgently warn the public about the consistently poor service provided by Evri, particularly in handling my package with tracking number H00TCA*******803.
Evri has demonstrated shocking incompetence despite my explicit instructions to avoid delivering my package to neighbors without consent. I emphasized that deliveries should be made exclusively to my address or the designated safe place. Nevertheless, my package has once again been misdelivered, this time to a multi-unit building, making it practically impossible to locate.
The delivery occurred in a complex housing many residents, and attempting to find my package among potentially 100 or more people is an unmanageable task. I have no connections with these individuals and no knowledge of who Rebecca, the supposed recipient at House 16, might be.
Adding insult to injury, Evri's proposed solution was to contact the sender and request a refund. This is completely unacceptable. The sender is not at fault; it is Evri's inadequate delivery service that is the root cause of this ongoing issue.
To anyone considering Evri's services, I strongly advise against it. The blatant disregard for customer instructions, combined with the evident lack of responsibility, is inexcusable. This review serves not only as a warning but also as a plea for Evri to rectify its service issues immediately.
Zero stars would be more suitabel.
I had a delivery scheduled for delivery on Sunday evening at 19:30 to 20:30, this was then changed to 18:30 to 19:30, come 17:47 I get an email saying There's a delay with your package. When looking into this it appears to have fallen off the face of the planet. The automated chat service claimed it would be delivered the next day, surprise, it never. Escalated the following day and still no parcel.
After 3 days contacted the merchant, Evri told them that they could not gain access to geo-fence and unable to gain access to the property perimeter and that they tried to deliver the parcel on the Sunday evening. The thing is that my perimeter consists of a low fence with a small metal gate that has no lock, furthermore there is a ring doorbell pointing at said gate and the path leading to it, this doorbell is set to detect any movement leading to the gate, any movement with the gate and also within the perimeter of my property. No movement detected as a result of Evri attempting to make delivery. Only footage during alleged delivery timings was the neighbors cat walking up the path. So if the camera can detect a cat I'm pretty sure it would detect a person.
Same poor service and lies as Hermes just re-branded and packaged differently.
I suspect an Evri driver now has a nice set of trainers to commit their crimes in.
Given the choice I would swerve this company, shocking service.
Not even worth wasting my time on this. So I'll just say; lost parcel, zero interest in customer service, and false promises along the way.
Truly hope they go out of business.
Dispatched Wednesday 23rd November for next day delivery and since Thursday24th November there has been no change to the tracking status.
Absolutely useless customer care system is automated and incapable of providing any info.
Now on 5th December they quite happily informed me they have lost the parcel, I have a bad review and an extremely unhappy customer but Evri don't give a damn.
This company are a disgrace and unworthy of your trust

If you want your delivery on-time and for the company too follow simple instructions then DON'T use EVRI… Twice I get a message sating I wasn't in. Not surprising as I updated the app too say exactly this and ask for parcel to be left in our safe place which we have used for over 20 years yet now it cant be found. I think this company and its drivers have forgot what customer services is about. SO LET ME REMIND THEM. You provide a service. SIMPLES
Thieves and absolute disgrace to the whole parcel delivery industry - you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never use this service again. Not only did my high value parcel has gone missing the second the driver picked it up, it is impossible to speak to anyone from this sham company to get any help. I tried calling, emailing, using their website service and you are dealing with chatbots. I was emailed upon my chasing initially that my parcel havent been picked up (although their tracker clearly stated it has been on the same day I dropped off!) I was promised I need not to do anything while they sort it and put it back on track to collect and deliver or I will get a call by 10am next day. Nobody ever called me after numerous requests asking to call me. They now sent an automated message to say my parcel is lost and I need to fill out lost claim form. The link to this form doesnt exist and I am suppose to fill it out within 14 days. It is a high value item I was sending insured through them to a customer, which not only makes me loose the earnings, get bad review and zero future business but also leaves me out of pocket with zero resolution with Evri. Avoid this company at all cost to save your the stress, time and money loss.
The worst delivery company. Paid for next day delivery a week ago- still waiting as is my 16yr old son for his birthday present. Do not use this company!
Apparently Evri attempted to deliver my parcel 3 times (never once left a calling card... so a bit dubious they even attempted), then gave up and returned my order to the sender. Each delivery attempt was during the day on a weekday. Thanks for that Evri.
The bosses at Evri might be lucky enough to not be at work on a week day, but the rest of us mostly are. That's EXACTLY why I have specified safe places on my Evri account, for parcels to be left elsewhere. I've nominated neighbours as well as a safe space. Makes no blummin difference, they ignore that and don't even bother to attempt either the neighbours or the safe place. Useless delivery company. Really, really unimpressed. Tried to make a complaint... seems they don't have customer service numbers (can't imagine why...) so all I can do is raise my complaint via a chatbot. Am unsurprised, 3 days later, to still not have heard a peep out of them.
Fortunately the sender (who unlike Evri DID bother to respond) has agreed to resend it, using royal mail instead this time.
In the future, whenever i buy anything online and I have a choice of sellers using different delivery companies, I will, even if i have to pay more for delivery, always buy from a company that does not use evri.
Since Evri have become M and S's courier we had to cancel three orders. The items have been held at the depot for 7days. Use Royal Mail as inspite if strikes delivery has been regular
Tracking said there was an attempted delivery. I was in the house the whole time. This company needs to GO! Everyone needs to stop buying from companies that use these scammers for delivery.

That isn't true is it, our parcel was already attempted delivery at our house on the 17th June, and they left a card say they would reattempt it next day, we have a doorbell video of him trying to deliver you had all week to reattempt but never once did you try,
We have waited in all day today for the delivery you promised but still no show, where does this company get off lying to customers and providing a very very poor service?
So what can we expect now, Another lie?
Sellers have no recourse
I posted a secure, well padded item via Evri. My buyer had a message "Your parcel was damaged in transit and cannot be delivered; please refer to the seller for refund".
As the seller, I cannot contact Evri to make a claim. It isn't possible. There is NO point of contact that works. Their chat-bots and phone-bots give the same answer my buyer received, and then you get cut off.
I hope they don't rate their success by the amount of refunds given - low refunds means no contactability, not better service!
UPDATE! Evri have responded to my review, ignoring the bit on their bots. The only thing the chat bot online will tell me is "we can't deliver your parcel, it was damaged" and "contact the seller" - there is no facility to do more.
They told me to ring the number: same answer and THERE IS NO OPTION FOR LEAVING VOICEMAIL!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Sports Direct use Evri delivery service and when there is a problem (order not delivered), you cannot phone either to speak to a person.
I had been tracking the delivery with Evri & have screen shots saying it was NOT delivered on Sunday 18th due to the weather. I've been tracking every day & nothing to report. I sent an email & chat that I still haven't had my delivery to Sports Direct, & about an hour later get an update from Evri's tracking saying it was delivered on the 17th Dec at 23.59pm (screenshot. That message has now disappeared). SOMETHING'S VERY WRONG. I still haven't received my parcel. I was in and wide awake. We live at the bottom of a quiet close, with no-one passing. No knock, no letter left, checked with neighbours and NO DELIVERY.
DON'T ORDWR FROM SPORTS DIRECT OR EVRI.
Terrible terrible company no wonder they keep changing there name.
Horrible customer service, they deliberately make it so you cannot telephone them as there phones would be blocked all day long with complaints and they know it.
No clear email for contact just a rubbish char that is automated.
A company based on lies who hire fly by night drivers who cannot help but steal the customers packages and mark them as delivered so there daily quota shows them as delivered.
I personally know someone who works for this company and they have said as much, they even take a black picture of the tyre wall or van/car floor as the delivered picture. They never hold there drivers accountable for all the missing or damaged packages.
A Television undercover report on this company is way overdue and I cannot wait for one to expose the shambles that is Evri.
The drivers normally see which companies they are delivering too and can tell by the name or googling the services/ products that company offers then they feel the package and steal it. This company needs to be shut down. Oxygen theifs.

PLEASE READ AND TAKE MY ADVISE ON HOW TO GET YOUR PARCEL WITH 24HRS Please redirect your parcels on the evri site to select locker store I promise you they will be there! I tried myself with parcel that was missing since 7th Dec. It was at locker store the whole time since the snow (Some emails have been 24hrs later for other people who have tried this method but still got their parcel in the end by doing this).
Unable to talk to a real person to resolve complaint I have tried complaining via EVRI automated robot and the only response I get is generic and has nothing to do with my complaint - someone apparently a real person emailed me with the same generic response that implies it's the sellers and my problem to resolve not theirs - My complaint was that when a parcel was delivered it was for some unknown reason placed in my Dustbin unfortunately it was also Dustbin collection day and was emptied prior to me returning home - surely it's common sense that a Dustbin is not a safe or appropriate place to put a parcel - absolute terrible service

Answer: Nothing would induce me to use Evri for anything. Their quality of service is incredibly poor and needs to be dramatically improved before I would even begin to consider using them.
