I did not enjoy this experience at all. The order form was clunky and somewhat difficult to use, which may just be user error I will admit. But the fact that it let me "complete" my order w/o an email entered into the required field is a little more than annoying. That mistake led to almost a week of waiting for an order that was never going to be filled and I didn't even find out it wouldn't be filled until I messaged the support team a couple times. Then once I had the form filled out properly and made my order I never once received a confirmation email and had to email the support team several times to find out why my order was on hold. Eventually I was told there was no reason and that my order had been moved forward. From the time of order to delivery I didn't receive any email or status updates, save the one that asked for several times. Overall the order process was not great and now my controller will not stay connected via bluetooth to my PC. Honestly would not recommend this Evil to anyone I know at the moment.

Easy to navigate website and made explained what the different mods were. Only issue I have is once I switched games I noticed that the left thumbstick doesn't fully work as it should when pressed in the up position. Everything else works great.
This controller was a gift. The controller had an issue connecting and lighting up. We reached out to the support team and within minutes they reached back out to us with instructions. We had to send it back for repair and once we received it back. It worked greatly. My boyfriend loves his controller and I would highly recommend this to anyone!
The sticks feel great and this is one of the only (and most affordable!) 35mm thumbstick options available for our Xbox Adaptive Controller. Thanks!
I placed an order on this site about 2-3 months ago. They gladly took my money, but never sent me a tracking number, so I assume they never sent the product.
After a month or so, I got an email where they wanted to know if I had received my order or not (so I could write a review). That e-mail contained a support mail if I hadn't received anything, and I've tried contacting them for more than a month, but they still haven't responded despite chasing up a response many times.
You might be lucky and everything goes fine, but if something goes wrong they do not respond to your questions or provide any support whatsoever.
EDIT: After posting this review I got a credit note from them. No message from them or anything. I will keep the rating as it was, but I have removed some of the statement I posted here.
This is my 2nd controller from Evil. I broke a nerve in my left arm due to a wreck due to a stroke while driving. I thought my gaming days were over. Evil Controllers gave me back my hobby. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for a means to game and have a disability thst keeps you from playing with both hands.
I am very thankful for finding them and the freedom to play again that they have giving me.
Thus far i have purchased 2 controllers from this organization. The first time around i attempted to purchase an Xbox series X version, but received an Xbox one version. Aside from the incorrect version everything about my order was correct and i was incredibly happy with the controller. I paid for professional tension on the sticks and they were very tight and responsive, the paddles mapped and worked incredibly well and the triggers performed as advertised. I got the gold warranty on that product and after a year of heavy use i finally developed stick drift so i submitted an inquiry about how i could address that. After providing my order number, i was told i could trade in the controller and receive a $200 credit towards the next controller. I asked first how the reimbursement process worked via email and received a response that was vague in nature. I then requested a phone call for further clarification. And took time out of my day to take that call, and it never came. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt considering that like any business they're subject to turbulent changes in staff and supply so communication isn't always perfect. Per their directions i purchased another controller, for context, i am a streamer and avid gamer and i rely on a proper controller. I spent $500 on the new controller. This included the customization options i wanted, the warranty, extra sticks, and grips as well as rushed processing and premium shipping. When i received the second controller, i got the series X version i ordered that time around and it looks amazing (although i think its odd we cant add black button options) however, the sticks are not pro tension as i requested and paid for, and i didn't receive the grips or extra sticks. I also wanted to get tactile buttons and triggers but I mistakenly did not pay for those. In either case, this now leaves me with no other choice but to ship the controller back to them to get the accommodations i want, and that still doesn't resolve the question as to how i may now apply the $200 credit towards my new purchase from the first controller. I simply want to ship the new controller back and have the sticks set for pro tension, and the buttons and triggers made tacticle, WHILE also shipping back the old controller in order to get the $200 credit applied to the new purchase. Even if this happens, the entire ordeal will still take a calendar month to resolve even with the fastest possible shipping as ive already waited 2 weeks, and i live in the continental United States. A phone call could have resolved all of this much faster, and it has still never happened. They haven't responded to my email either.
Had the controller for 3 months and it has lived up to every expectation. Hopefully it doesn't mess up in the near future
My cousin 34 had a stroke and wanted to play ps5 with her kids so we ordered this controller. There is no jump feature. And two hands needed to operate.

I love evil controllers. They are the best company around for modded controllers. Their paddles are by far the best ones available on the market. When I had an issue with my controller they resolve my issue without any additional questions. My only gripe and this is just a personal complaint is that there is a lack of communication once they receive your controller. Overall I would recommend their company to anyone.
