I did not enjoy this experience at all. The order form was clunky and somewhat difficult to use, which may just be user error I will admit. But the fact that it let me "complete" my order w/o an email entered into the required field is a little more than annoying. That mistake led to almost a week of waiting for an order that was never going to be filled and I didn't even find out it wouldn't be filled until I messaged the support team a couple times. Then once I had the form filled out properly and made my order I never once received a confirmation email and had to email the support team several times to find out why my order was on hold. Eventually I was told there was no reason and that my order had been moved forward. From the time of order to delivery I didn't receive any email or status updates, save the one that asked for several times. Overall the order process was not great and now my controller will not stay connected via bluetooth to my PC. Honestly would not recommend this Evil to anyone I know at the moment.
