All around decent experience. Seems like stick drift happens about as much as an Xbox brand controller. Life expectancy of a controller with a 13 to 14 yr old boy with moderate gaming is appx 1 year

It's a great controller I selected regular shipping time it took like 10 days after order to get the controller

Spent quite a bit of money on a controller and it took over a month to get my controller,when it originally arrived it didn't work. Had to send it back to evil and that took an additional 1-2 weeks on top of the long processing/build time. Box comes with just the controller and a charging cable (no thank you card, order slip, nothing). Even after messing up my controller and my long wait time the controller doesn't necessarily seem worth that long of a wait time when I can order from a other competitor and get one with more features much faster. As a person who's purchased from evil years before it's sad to see this much of a decline in service and quality.

I can't play anymore without high tension joysticks and these are great I only wish the joystick click down and press down input was more responsive as I can't slide cancel or drop to the ground as fast because click down is a bit clunky with bit too much resistance. Hope Evil finds develop a fix. I hope evil develop their own controllers eventually.

My son wants to exchange/ change his order. The communications have been slow but very helpful when the do come.

It was great but when I was trying to put my name on the controller like I did my last I saw that it no longer exists as an option which sucks

Purchase with both the master mod for cod and fortnite mods never been able to get them to actually work

Ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti molte volte per le scarse e inesatte indicazioni sui tempi di consegna. Il prodotto è arrivato, ma con la colorazione richiestta sbagliata e inoltre non erano presenti alcune cose per cui avevo pagato. Il servizio clienti è stato disponibile e cordiale ma rimane il fatto che l'esperienza è stata condizionata fin dall'inizio da una pessima gestione. Mi dispiace ma non consiglierei l'acquisto.

Took longer then expected but overall was a good experience.

I was honest but many people won't be. My son loves his controller.

I reached out about my controller missing parts & to send back. The support team was on it and sent back my order with the paddles. I still give them 5 stars because of the customer service. Very happy with my controller thank you team@ Evil Controllers.
