The process of buying a custom controller felt pretty straightforward to understand.

My hands hurt when playing games, so I wanted a lighter controller. Evil controllers created a very light controller and my hands hurt significantly less using it. Thank you for letting me get back to things I enjoy.

The accessible controller didn't work out of the box. Waited a few months from the original order after paying for express shipping and 'skip the queue'

Button mapping non functional - missing some of the additional buttons we ordered.

The overall build quality was garbage for the price.

Absolute waste of money. Company won't refund until I pay to ship it back them in the united states at my own expense. Also won't refund the skip the queue fee or the express shipping.

Stay away - much better options on Etsy for accessibility.

Typical experience dealing with business to consumer issues. Only complaint is that build time took over a month, but I was told was due to missing controller parts for PS4 controllers. Customer service was pretty quick with response times.

I had to return my controller and the custommer service always trying to help me. There was no Problem and everyone were happy in the end.

Ok controller worked great other than a random glitch here or there for a week after I waited 4 days for it to ship out maybe more, I did pay for same/next day skip the line blah blah blah bs. So I finally get it and a week goes by now only the joy sticks and left button on the d pad work and they have done nothing but tell me to hit this button and that button to reset it

Shopped here before, great products, great customer service. 4 stars this time around only because I forgot what I was looking for, so ordered something else.: p

Do not waste your money on these controllers. They are nowhere near worth what they charge. The customer service is extremely poor at best. Buy an Xbox elite controller or some other alternative. Complete and utter trash.

I really wish there was discount codes available, Parents should not have to spen $***.** so their 4 year old can kick some $#*!! Please give some sort of discounts, every other store on the planet gives them!

Easy website to navigate through and got my product in a timely manner with the online tracker properly keeping me updated. Controller has been used everyday since receiving it and have zero complaints

It really didn't take no time at all for them to start making the controller, once shipped I actually received 2 days before it said! Controller has been outstanding. Went from 5 kills a match to 15+. Highly recommend! Only thing I see that kinda lacks is I can still see options and share under paint but you have to look close

Everything was good just when making a custom Xbox controller website had really hard time loading up. Controller works good but I feel like some options are over priced for what they actually do. Would be better if you could add the round D-Pad like the elite controller also.

Everything has been working perfectly since receiving the controller back. The stick drift is still a tad high, I have to set it at. 08. But that is half of what it was and acceptable. Overall pretty happy.

Where to start... dont waste your money. After just 2 months of average use, the buttons started going to hell. My B button doesnt work at all, along with the A button. I can tell X and Y are soon to follow. The bumpers on the top get stuck, the controller DRAINS batteries like nothing ive ever encountered. The left analog stick (which i paid an extra $75 for) snapped off at the bottom and is now sharp and half of an analog stick. Again, this is average use over a short period of time. DO not waste your money. Excels in performance YES! The durability is absolutely unacceptable, however, given the price. STAY AWAY. (XBOX)
