Received a Evil Controller for my birthday and the quality is good. So far no issue with heavy Halo play. You can Buy these at best buy so I suggest trying them out first before buying a fully custom one from the website. They do cost a bit.

Overall experience very good. Had little problems with PayPal but the controller selection, customer service and simplicity were the best I have ever got. Shipping was a little delayed but I was on vacation so no problem! Just hope you guys start to make more PlayStation stuff.

My son wanted to purchase this item from your website and I placed the order. For someone not familiar with these aspects, it was difficult to understand what and why things were being selected. Descriptions were limited. Also suggesting shipping insurance above and beyond the standard value of $100 makes a consumer concerned that the items will not be received correctly. The process leaves one very concerned that this controller will not arrive as ordered.

Fantastic service the only concern I have is that I'm not really sure on how to activate the little mod button,usually just hit button combinations till it comes on,but when it is on it absolutely is a game changer! Overall very pleased with my purchase thank you so much!

So far ordering process was quick and easy took only a couple of minutes, would really like instructions on the controller there are instructions for the master mod but if you get just one section or the other there is nothing

Website worked just fine, no problems placing my order, customer service was very disappointing. I had a problem claiming the extra 10% off offer from signing up for the newsletter. I contacted customer service, got a response 3 days later, replied my concern and heard nothing else. Seems like just so long as they got my hard earned money they could care less about how satisfied I am. Don't expect good service, but the product works good.

Well let me first start off with the controller works as it's supposed to. That's about the end of my good experience! First I have had to contact them multiple times through all different hours. Then when I do finally get a hold of someone I get the answer I'm looking for. Might not be the one I'm looking for. Also they offered me complementary items to reward for there mistake. Which were never received yet. I just received my order today and it took them over 2 weeks to ship out. Order at your own risk, not saying there a bad company just you might not be all the way satisfied.

Great website, easy to use, with nice graphics. There are many options for controller customization.
The only problem is the controller isn't screwed shut at tightly on one side (there is a a little gap in the seam), but it works just fine. We don't have the type of screwdriver needed to tighten. My son loves it and it is exactly what he wanted! Also it was expected to get here after Christmas but it arrived Christmas Eve, so we were very pleased! Thanks!

Customer service was great! Tons of customisable options for all of your creative needs! 10/10 will buy again and recommend to all my friends! Only downside is sensitive trigger issues that need to be fixed

Too bad it doesn't have any matte choice. The controller is good, but being in France I had to pay an overall price of about $180 for a glossy white classic controller. It has improved bumpers and headset input, so the controller itself is flawless.

Mods have major glitches that need worked out.if u have certain mods activated in battlefield games u can't operate a vehicles. Quick scope doesn't work correctly with anything I've tried yet. Also I have to go online to view instructions for my controller which is just stupid. Really how much money would u lose to print a simple paper with more detailed instructions.

Amazing product I love the look and everything, but my controller is defective and with attempting to contact you guy I have still not herd back. It's been a week now and will try again today. Other thank that, great product (need more color selection) and will be buying from here again.

Love the products. I use them myself, this is for an xmas gift. I would like to say the products are hard to find in the menus. I have found both purchases by going through the whole product list ****+. No complaints about the product, just finding what I want here. Example I was never able to find the black guide button. And I hope you guys can get the xbox one controller open. I just havent heard any good news on that. Keep up the good work.

I have been using Evil's accessible one handed xbox controllers since I became disabled and is the only reason I am able to play today. Without the use of my right hand, their number of options are unmatched with other companies. Customer Service has also been very helpful answering questions and listening to my exact needs. I highly recommend!

This is now my third controller off of Evil Controller, based off different consoles. I literally can't play without it being an amputee, so it's a big deal for me! I'm incredibly happy with my order. Thanks so much!
