If you want a controller that will last more than a year then this is not for you! Evil controllers does NOT care once you purchase your controller! I offered to buy two controllers if they fix this broken one they sent me and they said no. My thing is I want to be a customer and purchase more even after you sent me this garbage controller. Both L2 and R2 jam up and stick and sometimes don't even work. Your better off spending your money with someone in Compton with a $5 controller for sale. I bought two controllers from you guys and both suck but low and behold won't even fix them when I offer to buy two more lol. Fellas just go ahead and don't waste your time with someone who doesn't care as long as you buy one.

I heard about Evil Controllers through YouTube and thought that a custom controller would make a great gift for my stepfather that has recently started playing his Xbox 360 again. The customization process was smooth and easy to use, with plenty of options. The controller I designed for him and other designs made me a bit jealous, and I had to resist keeping it for myself. I'll definitely return to purchase one for myself sometime soon. Thanks for making this gift for my stepdad possible, and happy holidays! :)

I preferred the older method of creating a controller. This one is too stretched out for a normal screen resolution page and the options are much more confusing (since they were all shown at once in the older layout). Otherwise the site seems the same with my last purchase a few years ago. Just getting my controller replaced since the Y key stopped functioning.

Evil controllers make superior accessible gaming controllers. They provide an amazing service to those disabled. You may experience delays in communication but rest assured they are making things right for your specific needs. Patience is necessary as they are busy but work as diligently as possible on your behalf. As far as the quality of their controllers, they are in a league or their own and really stand apart from their competitors.

Controller was delivered on time as specified during the ordering process. We had some problems finding the correct document for programming the modes, but issue was solved with a quick online chat session with customer service. This is our second evil controller purchase.

Very good. All I wanted was a controller with an extra button in back as an alternative left-stick-click because I can't stand clicking the stick to sprint; it wears your controller down fast.

I finally received not too long after I ordered it. It works great as intended. The button works like a dream. I made it all the way to my upper 20's in Destiny with only sprinting about 3 times, but now I can sprint freely and it's amazing.

There's only one small problem with the controller and that's that the buttons are slightly more loose than normal which makes them rattle a little loudly when it rumbles.

Not a lot of communication on the order. Had to call multiple times to find out the status of what is going on. I did not know what to expect and honestly though your company might have been a scam because it. Also received my email for item being shipped after it already arrived. But once received I am very pleased with the product. Also wish I would have been notified that the d pad colors were out of stock while making purchase.

Took about 4 weeks to arrive and I don't think I ever received a "shipped" email, but given the pandemic it's completely understandable! Controller looks great and the extra tension on the left stick is super nice. Thanks!

I was shocked at how quickly my package arrived. I received an email saying that it had shipped and expected to wait another 3-5 days before it arrived. Imagine my surprise when my doorbell rang the next day and it was there! My son was so excited that he literally jumped up and down... he's 13. Thank you for the speedy, excellent service. We will definitely by buying from you again!

Allowed me to custom make a controller with so many personalized features, without breaking the bank. The exact controller I ordered cost $250-$300 anywhere else. Only $140 here, plus with their 30% off coupon, it ended up only at $95. A steal! Only problem was that my controller design didn't show the 'muddy girl' words in the bottom left side of the controller, but everything else was perfect!

Received this controller and loved the features that were included in my custom order.
The only small gripe I have with it is the back buttons, they are a little to flat for my liking and wish they stuck out a tad bit more or if they could have provided a back paddle option such as like their PS4 paddle shifter. Reason being, I have small hands and a little lift of the buttons would help with convenience on pressing them a bit easier. But I got creative and add clear circular bumpers (the ones that are for furniture) and placed them over the buttons and the controller is now perfect for me.
I definitely would recommend this controller to friends, family etc. The quality is OEM like if not exactly OEM as some parts are used from an original Sony controller

My controller lasted less than a year before a sensor started going bad. Smooth transition moving left on my right joystick but when moving right, it jerked to the left repeatedly. Not a smooth stick drift motion at all which is what they said it was. I emailed the company and they said it wouldn't be covered under warranty stating it was a moving part but I could pay an additional $80 plus shipping and they would swap my circuit board which they said would fix the issue. I didn't realize a circuit board was a moving part. So after spending close to $200 on the controller, you are much better off going with a reputable brand like Scuff. Just to add to a back story, my stock Xbox One controller lasted me over 5 years before it broke. (Right bumper completely fell out) I will definitely not be a returning customer.

It would be fantastic if you could also please provide which currency system the price shown is in. I can make an educated guess that it is USD but would love to know for sure before we get to the end steps.

I feel the custom ordering process would be easier if I could easily see what each step is called and be able to freely bounce from one step to another. Right now it's just step x of 14 and you have to hit next or back to navigate through them. If they were labeled in tabs for instance: side rails, mods, pro buttons, etc... and I could go from the last one to the first one without having to scroll through everything in the middle. Otherwise nice selection.

Quick and easy. Hopefully the product is worth the price tag... so i got my controller... its pretty awesome just kinda confusing to set up and assign what mods u want to use but other then thats its cool... i like it...

Your customer service was excellent and im happy you guys make a product that as a one handed person I can enjoy. I missed video games a lot and being able to play takes my mind away from the pain. Thank you.

Good customer service for sure, yet the product is shaky. The initial upgrades are nice and appreciate when they work…however the stick drift happens constantly and the digital tap trigger has fully failed to function at this point. I have to send the controller back in even at this time. I have to pay every time I do so and factoring the price of the controller, it is a realized nightmare in terms of expense. If you did not get the gold two year insurance I truly feel your pain because you have definitely wasted your money. I just want the most out of my buck which did not work out with evil controllers.
