The controller itself is functionally fine, but there's a slight problem that can be a major pain, that of which being the right analog stick coming and already being loose enough to have slight drift issues or doesn't return to center correctly... Otherwise it's perfectly usable

I bought 4 controllers. 3 arrived fully functional, 1 did not. Broken right thumbs tick, emailed support, got a request to make video, I responded I will not and requested for instructions. I bought my 4th and last controller. I love the product but no longer care for a replacement. Just my 2 cents and farewell. Moving on to anything else with a return policy for people with no time to go to ship back. Hope you guys read and learn.

I placed an order on this site about 2-3 months ago. They gladly took my money, but never sent me a tracking number, so I assume they never sent the product.

After a month or so, I got an email where they wanted to know if I had received my order or not (so I could write a review). That e-mail contained a support mail if I hadn't received anything, and I've tried contacting them for more than a month, but they still haven't responded despite chasing up a response many times.

You might be lucky and everything goes fine, but if something goes wrong they do not respond to your questions or provide any support whatsoever.

EDIT: After posting this review I got a credit note from them. No message from them or anything. I will keep the rating as it was, but I have removed some of the statement I posted here.

Pricing is fair, somewhat competitive, but there are some options other sites offer in their customization that Evil doesn't. I still enjoyed the color, and LED option for the home button more than other custom Controller sites.

My biggest complaint is that the box the controller was shipped in had information about the contents inside, I thought this was risky, and potentially can cause delivery problems.

The tag line option would not come up unless you selected a wild faceplate first, fill out the tag line, then go back and change the faceplate to what you want. Otherwise, this controller is great and is professionally built. The bullet buttons look awesome. Evilcontrollers did a fantastic job and my grandson will be very pleased on his birthday!

Love the new controller! Works exactly as I expected. Looks great and feels great. 4 of my gaming friends have already made their orders with Evil. And I will definitely be buying again from Evil Controllers.

I've used this site before it has improved a lot very satisfied with work in previous orders selection have improved more selection so when ordering and want a two tone controller its not several different color shades of a color

Shipping and receiving was very slow. Also, on line instruction are quite hard to figure out, but customer service easily resolved that problem by talking us through our problems on the phone and helping us to set up the controller

Bought the controller with the buttons on the back and tactile triggers. Three of the back buttons pushed through and one trigger quit working. When I sent in the first time they refused to accept the package and it arrived at my house 2 months later to have to wait another month for them to finally email me a new tag and just said don't have the box over 1 lbs. when I took it back with the new tag I had him weight the exact same box and it was 10 oz. 6 oz under 1 pound. One month later I get my controller in the mail and go to test it out and guess what... low and be hold, The right trigger still doesn't work! What the heck man. Now I am out of warranty and bet they will give me issues.

I have purchased an accessible for my disabled friend as a gift on 2nd Nov 2022, now is already 19 Jan 2023, but I still haven't received it yet. I tried contact this scam company via email, but they NEVER reply. And when I scheduled a call with them, they just don't call or cancel my appointment directly. Such a scam!

My son received the delivery of his custom Xbox One controller the day after Christmas. We were both very impressed by its "beauty" - the chrome features are really quite stunning and unique. We got exactly what we asked for. And fortunately, the controller functions perfectly, just as it should. We are very pleased with this purchase!

I absolutely love the easiness of ordering, but I feel like some of the options are way too pricey. I also had to wait about two weeks for my order to arrive, but after contacting customer service, I received a reply from them an hour later! That is good timing to reply for an email; they gave me my package's tracking order, and informed me that the controller was shipped. I received my package the next day.
Evilcontrollers is awesome! I'd recommend them to anyone.
