Very good controller, the sensitive buttons are the best improvement to a gaming controller ever. Just a little pricey and it took longer than expected for it to get here, but for that problem they upgraded my shipping. Overall I'd say I was fairly pleased with my experience and product!

Controller broke within the first 3 months of owning, you make me pay for shipping on your defected product. If you would allow me to return the product for a full refund I would. From experience usually when a product breaks so soon there is going to be continuous issues even after repairs.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else when it comes to aftermarket controllers. Evil is the Best an they stand by there word.

Bought this on Dec 22nd 2023 and only got it on Jan 16 2024. The home button randomly flashes, the y button randomly presses and lastly I can't even remap my shift paddles with how long an order takes you'd think the controllers would be perfect but no. I can't even play any games with it since the y button presses randomly and gets stuck it's like a rapid fire on the y button

I like your website I do NOT like that you can't get orders out same day when paying for quicker shipping options. That ridiculous and you devalue the customers experience by taking an arbitrary and unnecessary time to ship a paid for product.

I like the controller I purchased however being from Australia and taking exchange rates into account this was expensive so i had to ditch some of the features i wanted. The controller works as it should and the shipping time was good. Feedback can be a little slow but everyone is well informed and are able to help

I purchased to receive my controller quick, unfortunately that didn't happen. Not sure what they hold up was, I wish they would have reached out sooner if there was a problem with the selected controller options. Aside from that, evil controllers has been great with the quality of controllers.

Impressed with how quickly it showed up. The price was fantastic, and as avid gamers my partner and I were very impressed that it was a genuine xbox products and not an off brand knock of product. Thank you!

Heard about EvilControllers online and thought I'd have a look. The controllers look fabulous and are delivered very quickly. Now everybody wants to know where I got such a unique accessory. Definitely recommend EvilControllers for a great shopping experience.

When controller 1st came, mods would not work. Contacted customer support immediately. Had issues with customer support some of which are admittedly my fault. Sent controller back to be fixed and received a working controller a week and a half later. Overall, it's a good controller. They stood behind their product and fixed the issue at no cost to me.

I think what you guys are doing is wonderful but at the same time your customer service is the worst by far I've put in more than three appointments to have a phone call and never got a phone call the only time I could get in contact with you guys was by email and it took hours to receive conversation back-and-forth…. We are in 2021 and there is no excuse for not being able to communicate with your customers through more than one contact‍

My experience with evil controllers was excellent. The shipping time was right on point even a little early. The customer service was perfect they seem glad to answer questions over email. And my controller was in perfect condition when it arrived no problems at all, besides my LB button being stuck down due to shipping but I easily pulled on it and it was fixed.

Place an order had picked early delivery paid for it didn't receive it within like a month or so so I don't know why they have an option for early delivery if they're still going to give it to you on a regular schedule I had contacted him three times one time they said it was on its way and the other two times I didn't hear nothing back. At least they should refund my early delivery money but they didn't.

Cheap compared to competitors, good quality. Controllers real nice, used a couple times before survey. Processing was average, shipping was surprisingly quick. Mods work as intended and well. Contacted service for a few questions, pretty quick and good response.
Overall was great.

The only bad thing I have to say about the whole entire experience at all was the USPS shipping which had nothing to do with these guys... they got the remote done in a timely order. Best controller I have ever used

I have had my original 360 controller for around two years and some of the buttons are starting to react sporadically. This is the only site that I have found that offers better performing controllers based upon modifying the hardware of a traditional Xbox 360 controller. Improving the quality of an already good product.
