Return customer, bought Evil Sticks probably 4 or 5 years ago, absolutely loved them, they are finally getting pretty worn, as is my controller shell, so I decided to order a new shell+sticks.

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to finally arrive, I have to say, compared to the last time I bought from you guys, I am pretty disappointed. The shell itself seems poorly made, seems like you guys just take a controller shell and hydro dip it. The controller seems to have no protective coating either, and it had MULTIPLE blemishes upon arrival. Then on top of that, the battery pack that came with the shell doesn't even work.

The only good thing I can really say about this order was the price, and that's only because of sales/coupon. Had I payed full price for this, I would have been furious.

I had a lot higher expectations from you guys, but in the end I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased this device for my grandson, with his specifications on how he wanted it made. When received, he was very, very pleased, and it only took 1 week to arrive here, after your company had made it.

To this day it still work I had it for about 1 months and a half. Everything on it works great even the R3 that if your like me those seem to be the first things to go on any controller I have every owned

The experience was fantastic, quick and easy controller creation and easy to follow. My only complaint would be that you cannot remove certain items from controllers like mods and pro buttons, and you must restart the building process all over again. But other then that it was excellent.

My credit card was charged on 4/9/15 and my grandson received his controller 5/4/15! It took me forever to get a real person to talk to. The instructions that were sent were for the wrong controller so he isn't sure how to work it. Terrible customer service! :(

Best controllers money can buy. I have purchased my second one more recently and the first one I purchased lasted over 3 years, and still continues to work with no issues, so when I got my upgrade I passed it down to my niece who uses it now and over that 3 year time 0 stick drift with the combo pro tension among everything else. Flawless controller and well worth the money.

They are junk! The controllers break easily, The controller we bought had issues from the beginning. Save your money and buy a better brand. The customer service is awful and the higher you go up the ladder the worse it gets! They know they are junk as well. 90 day warranty unless you spend another $14.95 for the year warranty that doesn't cover thumb drift. $24.95 for two years that doesn't cover anything. If Xbox changes their controller they no longer cover the older style! Buy a better brand from a better company!

Good solid controller. Works great. My only issue was the time it took to ship. It was almost 13 days before it shipped. That's just business days that's not counting weekends. That's my only complaint. For sure would recommend though. Good customer service. Called them to ask about my order progress, they apologized and told me exactly where it was. Thanks.

Got XB1 controller with red urban shells & red guide button and it looks sick! Definitely getting my controllers from Evil in the future. It did take 7 days to process, though that was within their 5-7 day processing window.

Just received my glossy white PS4 controller with red buttons, and I must say that the quality is incredible, very much like an original controller. Nice and professional responses when emailed for questions also.

Generally pretty good explanations for each of the available options. Could have used a little more direct explanation of the thumbstick diameters, but it's readily available online so no biggie. (Just wanna emphasize that I'm talking about *diameter,* not height--those differences were very clearly explained.)

My experience with the evil controllers have been amazing. Way better then scuf take my word for that. One down side is that sometimes you can accidentally hit the wrong paddle since there so sensitive, But after a while you'll get use to it.

Very cool controller but expensive. It came exactly as I designed it. Works perfect, no lag or drift. It didn't come in an official box though and no instructions on the macros. I had to look it up which is fine. I play Destiny and the only macro I have found useful is the auto fire. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, that's where instructions would be nice. I got the pro tension sticks but I can't tell the difference. They should up that. It shipped faster than scheduled. Overall, if you want a custom controller these are the best option from my research. I had bought the crazy expensive razor controller and it had lag and drift right out of the box. Scuf controllers are good but the back paddle positions are useless. I will buy evil again, just wish they were a little cheaper.

I had to return my controller and the custommer service always trying to help me. There was no Problem and everyone were happy in the end.
