It very easy to order the PS4 controller. Online ordering is a snap and feature selection controls were intuitive. The things that could have made it better are theme designs from popular tv shows, games, movies, and toys.

The site is fast and easy to use. Live Chat is very convenient when it's on. I received the item within a week.

Had a little trouble putting the screws back in because the front plate in the kit was so fresh it hadn't been screwed before. Solved this problem by using a power tool with an electronic clutch set at 1. Had to use a converter to accommodate the included screwdriver so it fit the power tool but it all worked out in the end.

Playing Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 on it takes a little getting used to but at least I'm not jumping around any more when doing those motions for special moves.

Honestly I think the base price should be lower. I'm thinking of trying the chrome controllers or another D-Pad alternative to see which is better for myself but overall this kit is pretty good.

Products from the company are very good and have little to no issue. However, communications about timelines for delivery and manufacture could be better as well as shipping notifications could be better.

The status online seemed to be "processing" for longer than expected... shipping was fast though, so no major complaints.

Note that the finish around the letters of the Xbox One controller wasn't great - there were some gaps in the paint job. Overall, pretty cool, but could be better.

Easy to navigate website and made explained what the different mods were. Only issue I have is once I switched games I noticed that the left thumbstick doesn't fully work as it should when pressed in the up position. Everything else works great.

Not bad, could have been a bit quicker, for people who just wanted a standard looking controller, verses all the add on bits. Plus when showing videos on the site of how mods work, make sure there are no other hacks being used, the quick scope video showed it literally locking on to the enemy, when using same mod in MW3, all it does is hold your breathe, basically, its a rip off, would have been better off using someone on Ebay

I have bought one in past. Worthless out of the box. Sent it in and it was repaired. Thought it was a fluke. Loved that controller. Fast forward to Xbox one. Bought one for my Xbox one as well. Also garbage. Not one mod works. Spent five weeks trying to get ahold of someone. No one bothers with you. No one calls you back. The live chat never works. Emails are always ignored. Finally got a hold of someone who basically said yea it's broke. We will email you a return label. Another week goes by. No label and once again all my calls ignored. Controller still useless. Worst customer service ever and terrible products. Highly recommend you get a different controller and stay far away from Evil Controllers.

Website easy to use, lots of choices, payment easy, shipping was very fast, controller is awesome, can't wait to use it, and contact from seller very good. Emails when purchased, when shipped with tracking number, and survey about shopping experience. Have yet to use controller as it is a gift, but I am sure it will be great!

It was enjoyable and there are may customizeable options may buy another if this one works great! Holiday processing times were ong but that was expected. Most likely next time I will order rush processing

A minor thing though, I saw the Amazon payment option and thought I could combine my amazon points with evilcontroller's on site purchase. However, I don't see that option. Paying with Amazon credits would be cool if it's available in the future!

Alot of issues with the order after it had been placed. Ended up having to get refunded the fast processing because it didn't happen. After I did end up getting my controller I found issues within 5 minutes. The mods work as advertised but the way the controller was reassembled my LT and LB are rubbing which causes the LB to stick making the controller pretty much useless right now. A simple test of pressing the buttons would have found this problem but apparently there is no testing upon completion.

Your site was easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. I really like the way you can build your controller from scratch. Only thing I think you should also do is look into mods for non-shooters. For example Fifa 15 mods would be awesome like press the buttons on the back to do auto skill moves (http://tinyurl.com/fifa15skill). If you guys can figure that out let me know cause I will buy one of those controllers INSTANTLY!

Created my controller so it looks creepy & with a little more bling cus it needs to be cute too :) it came exactly as I wanted, quickly, and works great! No complaints from me and I would order here again.

Great product price is a little high it compares just as well if not better than the scuf controller it was my first time buying from evil I would buy again and always recommend to a friend overall great product

I'm a returning customer, this will be my 2nd controller and my son loves it no issues with it so far. The first controller i got 3 years ago still works to this day. You guys are the best. EvilControllers has never left me down. I bought one for the 360 when I was maybe 12 years old it was priced high, and my family thought I was crazy spending half the money I spent on my 360 for a controller but it's build is like no other works exactly like how you'd expect it too. The customization and the different mods you can have on it and it ships right to your doorstep. Why would I not buy for this company? It will work every time but if you get mad because your bad at the game don't throw the controller haha that it probably won't work right ;) love this company EvilControllers, will buy till I die.
