Customer response was excellent. Faulty equipment that I was charged to pay to fix is not good buisness. I also had to pay to have it shipped to business. I was given no discount anywhere, I will not be recommending this company
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
For this kinda of product the call before buying for product information is KEY! I should've just walked away when they didn't call on the appointment time
Great controller, high price relative to the $300-$400 the ps4's worth, but that's a shared problem the whole controller market has. Understandable (~1 month) delivery time.
I didn't choose your best shipping though. Customer service is slow, but functional. Your weakest link would probably be the lack of preparation, ordering the parts once you have an order is slightly sloppy.
I purchased a controller with the gold warranty and when there was problem only after 6 months of use, I was told to return product. It's has been two months and I've sent 10 emails, scheduled three calls (there's no number to call directly) and sent numerous texts… still waiting on a response.
I would suggest gamers to look for other options and the controllers are 300 or more and it is impossible to get your controller repaired even with a warranty.
Very disappointed in customer service.
The final product was great! But unfortunately the first time I received my controller, it was missing 2 of 4 ordered buttons. I had to return my controller and wait an additional 2 weeks. They said they would add 2 additional digital tap triggers for my inconvenience but that didn't happen.

Good experience ordering but very poor post delivery. Controller did not work correctly and therefore returned the controller for a full refund 2 weeks ago but my emails asking for details of when I will receive an email have been ignored.
Was not told that they can't ship it anywhere except the billing address of the card holder. This should be a warning for any collage student since most still hold their old cards and are not in the same town.

Ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti molte volte per le scarse e inesatte indicazioni sui tempi di consegna. Il prodotto è arrivato, ma con la colorazione richiestta sbagliata e inoltre non erano presenti alcune cose per cui avevo pagato. Il servizio clienti è stato disponibile e cordiale ma rimane il fatto che l'esperienza è stata condizionata fin dall'inizio da una pessima gestione. Mi dispiace ma non consiglierei l'acquisto.

The controller it's self (as quality and functionality) is grate. Nothing to say on that. There are few issues that you may consider when you order from Evil.
1 - all moods (and the mastermood) are just useless for the modern gaming techniques (the software is the same from 2012.) don't spend money on that…
2 - the back buttons are placed in a way that is suitable only for hand with longer fingers or big size hand generally. If you have small hand or short fingers, not for you…
3 - the free shipping oversee is very slow (upp to 6 weeks) and the express one is 40$…
4 - if you buy is from out of US you will be charged with additional 30$ for custom duty and it's not comunicated this.
Great controller just customer service sucks it takes a few day to get any kind of response from them, but I do love the controller
