While I love Evereve's curated selection of clothing, their online customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired. Each time I've ordered from their website, my tracking status stays stuck in "pending" for days and days, making it seem like it was never picked up by USPS. The company either makes excuses for the delay or simply ignores emails. This is unacceptable given the cost of their merchandise and attempt to be positioned as a high-end retailer. What's the point of using tracking if the customer has no idea when to expect the package until the day it's unceremoniously plopped on their doorstep? Evereve, do better.

My $1200 package was delivered (without signature being required), and it was stolen. Any other company would have immediately replaced it, but instead, Evereve was rude and told me it wasn't their problem. I'm now out $1200 and my clothing order. Any other company would have resolved this right away by sending a new package. Will NEVER shop here again. They also charge you for shipping returns, and process returns/refunds super slow. TERRIBLE.

I ordered a purse for a trip over a week ago, I went online to look at my order and it had not shipped. I immediately called Evereve they said it was shipped, they didn't know when it would get here. I looked again and the tracking showed only a label created. They would not cancel order and said the only thing I can do is return it. They should have just canceled the order. Why does it take over a week to ship an item!
