Always a good experience. I have purchased several items from them. For a 2008 Nissan Frontier and a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. I just purchased an etrailer hitch for my Crosstrek. The installation video was spot on and was not difficult to install. I had to use jack stands to support the hitch as I did it by myself. Bought a halfway decent step bit and was very careful not to lose the bolts in the frame. I held them in place with tape until I got the nuts started. Fit correctly and looks great. Going to use it to carry my ebike.
