One of the best online buying experiences I've had in a long time. I originally ordered two items, only to realize I needed a third item a few minutes after placing the order. I was able to call a live rep in the phone to cancel my original order and add my additional item. Not only did they help me with that, but they followed up a few days later to let me know the item had shipped. Receiver hitch was very nicely constructed. It's a welded, one piece, assembly. Installation took about 45 minutes with my brothers help. You do have to drill the frame for the mounting bolts, but that was expected. 1/2 in drill bit was the largest needed. I'm happy with the quality of the product, which in my opinion, exceeds the quality of the offerings from Curt or Reese.

I needed chains fast for a trip over Mt. Hood in winter and eTrailer delivered. Much, *much* higher quality than what I could have gotten off Amazon or even at my local AutoZone. Incredibly reasonable price, and the slightly faster shipping I paid $22 for was even quicker than I thought due to the speedy order processing by the folks at eTrailer. Fantastic experience, if I ever need tire chains again I know exactly where to buy from!

Hail storm came through and broke all the vents and the AC cover on our 48' Living Quarters race trailer. Went online the next day, ordered all my parts and they were here to Ohio in 2 days. I haven't installed the unit yet so I can't speak to the produce but the purchasing and receipt of the product was a great experience.

Our shop has bought many, many products from ETRAILER and 90% of them have been great experiences.including this one. I was asking hard questions to the tech lady helping me and instead of BS her way thru it like alot of people do in some companies, she put me on hold to find out the CORRECT information. When people do that it tells me they care.I dont care if someone doesn't know all the answers to questions as long as they care enough to get the right one.

Hinge came in round hard cardboard tube. Taped on both ends VERY good. Hinge is unpainted and oily to the feel. (GOOD). I can clean it and spray black paint. Or maybe just leave it. Not sure yet. No holes so I will drill my own where needed.
Seems VERY strong, this is not a cheap flimsy hinge you might think! Very heavy duty.

The directions provided seem to be accurate. I have not yet purchased the wiring harness or attempted the installation. I will have to check back after the installation. The answer to my question was that the procedure in the installation should still be correct. But, the specific difference from the video is that the 12VDC battery in the 2018 Ford Fusion is in the trunk (not the engine bay). So the routing instructions will not apply. But that might be minor. My specific question also had to do with whether I would need the power supply extension wire or not. I'm still not sure that I will need it, unless it is just to use a ring terminal preinstalled on it. A video clip added to the end of the original addressing installation differences on the hybrid would be helpful.

I purchased a Yakima rooftop rack for my son's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The high quality item arrived on time as advertised and in excellent condition. We installed it today with no complications. Etrailer provided very useful installation videos which helped to interpret the written instructions. This is the third rooftop rack I have purchased from etrailer. My experiences from all three purchases were very similar.

I am definitely impressed with e trailer and appreciate the description of product that also includes a description video. It's nice to know ow your getting exactly what you expect when making a purchase. The only downside I experienced was the shipping by UPS was slow 🐌. That's definitely not e trailers fault. 5 stars from me! Thanks!

Ordered chains for dually truck, front and rear. Order receipt #1-one rear chain received. Called, emailed, explained problem in detail. I was assured the remaining chains would be sent. Order receipt #2-the second rear chain received. Called, emailed, explained. Not sure how many times this has to happen before order fulfillment. Waiting for #3. Unless they receive a call and complaint they will not catch their mistake. This mandates checking every order immediately upon receipt. The support people were friendly. Shipping personnel need to be re-educated for basic math skills. They have lost me as a customer. I want to know that when I get an email stating that my order has been fulfilled that it actually has. 1 star for shipping, 4 stars for support (they did get it wrong again despite explanation and photos) 5 stars for Marti if I actually get my order in only one more delivery.

Did a lot of research for a rooftop cargo box and shopped around for the Profile18 from Malone only to find eTrailer had the best price and by far the most informative product page and resources (even watched some really helpful video reviews posted by eTrailer). I've never had a bad experience with eTrailer and this order was no different. The cargo box showed up in immaculate condition, vertically secured to a pallet to prevent crushing, well done!

Because the trailer manufacturer offered that upgrade.
But, I would suggest they familiarize themselves more with the "steel" trailer tires (e.g. Hankook) as those are becoming more sought out due to blow-out resistance. My friend has those and has not had a blow out in years.

Instructions were easy to follow. Took about 4 hours to install. Mainly due to the 2 bolts above the gas tank. And putting the heat shield back on.2 Heat shield bolts were not accessible from out side of the truck due to frame brackets being in the way but is doable just have to have patience. All in all very happy. Will be going and getting 5th wheel home from storage in 3 or 4 weeks.

The bike rack is heavy duty. Also you might I want to add in comments that people may need to put a 2" or 4" hitch lift attachment, It sits low on 2018 Nissan Murano hitch setup. Also the rubber slides on wheel rests could be a little more solid. But if you don't take the wheel rests on and off they are fine. The wheel rest can work for other items such as carts and lawn chairs so I use them in various formations, that is why I take them on and off.

Super fast shipping it was here when it was supposed to be and the road active system came packaged nice not all beat up with a bunch of tape wrapped on it. The RAS was also super fast to install took me 20-30 minutes per side and Ill never have another truck with out one made the most amazing difference with and without the camper.

Purchased part for truck and needed it asap, so I paid the uncharge for 3-day shipping. By 4:00pm on 4th day no product; asked for a credit for difference between regular shipping and 3-day uncharge ( seemed a reasonable request) No credit issued only given what I would deem excuses, saying basically its "not our fault" Its 1:00pm 5th day still no product
Best to shop Amazon... fast and service has to be better.

I don't do feedback and am not happy with having to respond to whether or not I received an order. Rest assured that if I didn't get it you would hear from me. That's what tracking confirmation is for (for you). This is just BS online marketing crap that takes time on my part and tries to drive future sales on yours. P.S. If I'm going to order from you, it's because you have the right part at the right price. If I find it somewhere else cheaper, I'll buy it there. Cut down your amount of communication emails!
