This organization is the worst ever in customer service. I attempted to sign up for iPhone insurance for both my wife and myself on line, but there is no way to include 2 phones on the same policy in the online site. So, I attempted to do live Chat... the live chat was not available so I had to email... I then attempted to call but again I went to message... When I complained I was told that they 'prefer' to everything via email... If that is true then, WHY THE HELL HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND CHAT LINE!
I emailed them and told them that their service was poor and that if someone didn't call me back within 24 hrs. I would cancel my policy. Via email I was also informed how to cancel my policy... So I DID.
This company must have soooo much business that they don't need any more. So, they'll NEVER see a red cent from me. And I will tell ANYONE and EVERYONE how bad and ignorant this company's customer service is.
The staff at esurranty were very helpful and completed my service very fast. I was able to get everything done within a few hours locally and couldn't be happier. The rep that was handling my account was very professional and courteous. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I recommend them to you!

Ive had 2 warranty claims through Esurranty and both have been very positive! They always take care of the problem promptly. The customer service is exceptional and I always enjoy our conversations. They were quick to take my money as the deductible for the cracked phone I sent them. Even have correspondence through BBB. They responded to them, but never replied to my emails, phone call, even though they promised to (through the BBB). I tried again to submit a ticket through their website to no avail in early Feb. Don't waste your time or money.
I am so glad I found you, guys! I canceled my phone coverage from my provider and was shopping for independent insurance companies that offered a comprehensive coverage and didn't charge arm and leg for it.

The enrollment process was super easy and fast. I paid for a year, up front, a lot less than the monthly payments would have cost me. There is even lesser amount to pay if you choose 2 years option.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus that was just purchased about 6 months ago. The cover I put on it was a piece of junk and when dropped it broke the screen and the LCD. The paperwork for filing a claim was easy to complete and they even provided an upload link to allow scan and send. Sean was assigned to assist me. His replies were immediate and he was patient in answering my long list of questions. A loaner phone of the same make/model being sent for repair was offered at no charge with overnight delivery. My phone was returned in less than one week and looks like new. The experience led me to refer eSurranty to my brother for his laptop. A repair to my phone without this insurance would have been over $400 due to screen & LCD for the largest iPhone available. Highly, highly recommend!

I filed a claim more than a month back and did not get a reply until 2 weeks later. In the mean time, they keep on saying that they'll get to me in a day or two. When they did get back to me, the representative could not provide me with a tracking number for my loaner phone. I have been waiting for a for my loaner phone ever since. Every time I email them, they tell me they'll provide me with the tracking number after talking to their mailing department (Do yo even have one, I don't think so). If it's taking so much time to receive a loaner phone imagine how long will it take to get my phone repaired. I hate the service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Please don't subscribe.

First off the process for replacing your phone is very difficult. Other phone services you file a claim, they send you a phone and you return your old one. All this is done online. This company you have to sent paper work in with your credit info on it. I was not willing to do that so i tried called to make payment over the phone, well the process is very difficult also because they have no customer service. All call go to voice mail and they never return your calls. They send more paper work through email and if you have questions about the forms, there's no one to talk to. When you call all you get is voice mail, you leave messages but still no one returns calls.
Had a couple of questions and site was very quick to respond and answer. Also asked about multiple phone discounts and they helped me there as well.
Have not needed yet, so not sure about that aspect, but setting up account and getting answers was very easy and fast,

I filed a claim for a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s. Process and paperwork very easy and straight forward. I receive an email back right away that they received my claim. I was nervous so I called and left a message, and received a phone call back from the managing agent who was very warm and helpful and explained my options for repair. I was hesitant to send the phone out, but he was very reassuring. He sent me the necessary steps of how to reset my phone and shipping instructions for priority mail. Directions were easy to follow. The process and price seemed to good to be true, but everything worked and followed through as it said it would. I sent my phone out early in the week and I received my phone back repaired with a new screen in perfect condition by Saturday. Managing agent was helpful throughout the process and even called to follow up that I got the phone back! I highly recommend eSurrance for the price and the services!

Answer: I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at claimsdpt@esurranty.com and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.
Answer: No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

In regards to being cost effective, we advise that a 2 year plan is usually more cost effective as the price generally go down for the coverage after the 2nd year.
