I am Richard Oyugi, Writer 332562, and my account was terminated. I was told by my Personal Manager - Olivia Moore, that I would be paid after three months which elapsed on 28th February. I was to receive my pending payments latest on 3rd March 2023, however, I have not been paid until now after waiting for such a long time. I had a balance of about $ 1000 at the time of closure, since then they have been giving fines, for orders that were done more than 3 years ago, yet I cannot access my account. This is not how to handle a writer who worked for you for more than 8 years. PLEASE PAY MY DUES I worked as a freelance writer and editor for the company.
