Equipmentfacts is an American company that gives auctioneers a simple, cost-effective platform for simulcasting live, on-site equipment auctions to an international audience of bidders. Backed by Machinery Trader, TractorHouse, Truck Paper, and other leading marketplaces, the Equipmentfacts online auction solution offers an industry-specific bidding system that reaches customers actively seeking to bid online for new and used heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, and similar assets.
How Equipmentfacts Works
Auction listings appear on the Equipmentfacts.com website with photos, specifications, descriptions, and videos. The searchable, user-friendly site lets potential bidders contact sellers via phone, email, video chat, and popular apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Equipmentfacts staff will handle many of the most time-consuming aspects of bidder management on auction day, including uploading the sales day catalog, managing bidder registrations and approvals, submitting online bids to the auctioneer, and answering bidder questions. Bidders anywhere in the world can simply log on and bid directly from their computers.

Great overall experience! Everything went smoothly. Thanks
Super easy to bid. Website is fast! Only thing I dont care for is the buyers premium BUT I understand the auctioneer has costs using this system. Overall very happy
Sign up was easy, bidding was fast and painless. I like the bid unlock and lock feature
Great to be able to bid on item at work. Did not need to take the day off.
The auction went very well, a little problem with Wausau communication after I had sent sales tax exemption and bank letter the day before the auction. I think too much paperwork in short period of time and I'm sure it will work out ok.
Simple process pre-bidding and bidding live. Loved it. Good system and entertaining.
It was easy and I didn't have to stand in the cold wind
First time bidder, process was clear and easy. Easier than this review
The last auction i was a part of went smooth. What I don't like is the confusion between the auction web-site and what happens on equipmentfacts. Do you have a separate contract. The auction web-site will state no reserve. I am also confused about the %'s. Some places charge both onsite and online at pickup. Which is it?
Received my envoice Friday night... I'll send it to my bank Monday...hope to pick up my pice of equipment next week... So far smooth... Ask me again and I'll give ya a full detail experience. Thank you
It was a very good bidding process. Set up nicely and easy to use.
Needs to be alot quicker on the numbers if people can't make up thier mind on buying a machine then that's on them I could of got of got the machine I purchased for 2k less if the auctioneer wouldn't of favored the locals by giving them a long opportunity to make up thier mind if they were in or not. Going once going twice sold end of story not Mr. So and so did you still want in? Come on!
It was okay except for the 3% buyers premium which was a lot on a $54,000 truck
Good format, easy to bid, or not (I like the "lock/ unlock bidding " button) easy to check upcoming units
I was once again pleased with the ability to bid and secure needed items from home.
I bid on two seperate side by side lots, everything went ok with the bidding process. However, when I finished bidding on the first item, there was a pop-up on my screen asking me to complete a questionaire on my bidding experience. I found it difficult to make the pop-up go away so that I could bid on the second item in the next lot. I was able to buy both lots, so no harm done, but please do not send prompts like that during the auction.
The Equipment Facts part was ok other than multiple times of lost audio. After the auction the Royal Auction Group has been horrible to try to deal with as they do not respond to calls, or emails. I have been trying to get an updated invoice from them and confirm wire information and they are non responsive. I will not be participating in any of their auctions going forward. Thanks.
Everything went smoothly. Bidding was easy and heard from them quickly after my purchase.
