The searchable, user-friendly site lets potential bidders contact sellers via phone, email, video chat, and popular apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Equipmentfacts staff will handle many of the most time-consuming aspects of bidder management on auction day, including uploading the sales day catalog, managing bidder registrations and approvals, submitting online bids to the auctioneer, and answering bidder questions. Bidders anywhere in the world can simply log on and bid directly from their computers.

I participated in an auction for a water trailer that we were looking to get for our company. After several bids back and forth, and no one else bidding for a few moments, I was notified that I had won the bid and the item and it moved on to the next item. Then 10-15 seconds later the item I thought I had won came back on with another bidder being the high bid and they won it before I could look at it and do anything. Not sure if the live auction and the website got off track, but definitely frustrating thinking I had won it then in the next instant loosing it to what was likely a glitch or technical difficulty.
It worked decent most of the day, auction ran very late and I don't know what happened, but I could no longer log on and bid, and I didn't get any notifications that those items were up.
Works great when it works but it was cutting in and out some. I was bidding on an item that I would have paid double the amount it went for but the program was acting finicky for that item and when i called the autioneer he said they never saw my bid. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the item and it went for a song.
The bidding was very easy and straightforward. You had time to think, consider what you wanted to do, and then stop bidding or bid again. Thank you!
This was my first live + online auction. It did go fast, but there was no problems.
Easy to navigate website and simple process to bid. Makes buying the equipment and supplies you need painless.
I signed up last minute for an auction and it was an easy process to register. I was able to bid from my phone while pulled over on the road during the auction lot I was watching. I was able to submit the winning bid and won the lot we were hoping for. Great program!
Coleman's are the easiest most respectful to deal with and the flexibility with scheduling is second to none. The auctioneer staff friendly and helpful. Would ever miss an,auction, there. John Romeo
It went well. I was able to find any feature I was looking for.
Everything was fine but I wish they would give the auction my information that the dozers are for resale and I am not subject to sales tax.
The way they hide the reserve price from buyers so the seller can change his mind after the auction is over is almost fraudulent and illegal. They are covered because they put the word IF behind the word sold so the seller can back out or raise the reserve after the fact.
I bet it I win it and I they did not release it not enough money for the seller not a real action
Site seemed slow for searching and looking ahead of current bid
Great video feed with no delay, easy to sign in on website. Bids are instant no delays in transactions.
Bidding was fast and easy. The live feed was great.
