Auction process seemed fine but I found out last second that the equipment I was interested in was not at the location on the website where the auction was being conducted therefore I wasn't able to look at it pre auction and possibly save the buyers premium. There was an issue with billing also I think related to the same reason the head was listed incorrectly.

Too hard to navigate site, find the order of sale, and predict when time-wise something will come up for sale

The bidding process was fine, but when they went to describe the equipment and switched microphones, the internet could not hear what was being said, so that is a disadvantage for the internet bidders.
