I chose to purchase from Entirely Pets because they had the best price (with coupon). The product arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
Very difficult to get orders. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. No tracking numbers or order updates provided

They are awful, lie, are deceitful and I will never order from them again. ON the front page they have an order tracking tab, which for me is very important because it is an international shipment and on the shipping confirmation email I received hey gave me a tracing number. Should work, right? Well, sadly, no. A few weeks after placing the order decided to try the tracking to see when I should expect to receive the order, trackig number didn´t work. I did the email thing - we will look into it, and the was told because it was an international shipment it was untrackable - I was like, WHAT? 110$ later and this? So I tried the love chat and same deal 3 times until the last guy told me that they don´t offer tracking and I actually had to point out that on their own webpage they do actually offer tracking - these people are completely ridiculous and the company is not reliable - I will NEVER order from them again and have 2 words for them - SOCIAL MEDIA..."

The worst customer service ever! I placed an order earlier this month and a couple of days later started receiving emails they needed to verify the CVV code on my card. After a couple of emails I called them (because the email said to in order to process only one order and to refrain from duplicates). So I called them and gave the requested information (actually used a different card and the rep said they did not need the CVV code). That order was shipped and received no problem. Then LAST NIGHT (several days after I have received my order), I get an email stating my order was shipped. I pull up the tracking code and it shows an order was processed for me and would be delivered later this week (for the exact items I ordered originally and ALREADY RECEIVED). The rep on the phone, Aaron, was rude and did nothing to rectify this as being their fault and only said we were finally able to process the card with your credit card company. WTF now you can process it over two weeks later and after I already thought it was fixed and received my order? I don't need two bottles of 300 vitamins here. Apparently I need to take the package back to the post office and tell them I refuse it and then wait again for them to issue me a refund? All for their snafu! Idiots if you ask me!

This was the first time in 6 years that there were communication problems with my order at Entirely Pets. The order was placed on 11/29=Black Friday, and finally received on 12/22 after calling three times, and an on-line chat that was never answered. This was a delivery problem, the actual product bought, LybriSyn is very highly recommended.
I should have been told at the very beginning that the product was on back order!
I should not have been charged until the product was actually shipped.
1st call was in response to an email about my credit card billing address difference, i was told that the order was on hold, but with this follow up, the order would ship the next day. My credit card was actually charged on 11/29, days before the email and phone call.
2nd call, i was told that as an existing customer my credit card billing address should not have been an issue but the product would be shipped tomorrow,
It wasn't until the 3rd call that i was told it was still on back order and that i should have received an early email that the product had (always) been on back order- that is an email that i never received.
3 star rating because this was the 1st time after 6 years of encountering a problem. It had always had excellent service. This time, it was definitely communication problems about DELIVERY.

Entirely pets is a great site. However have found toys cheaper on Amazon. Delivery much to be improved but that is not y'alls fault.
Do not order from this company, they scammed 3 pet rescues out a contest winnings after the groups supporters purchased items from them...

Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Same thing happened to me. Its been two months but I still haven't received my products.
Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
