Please avoid ordering anything through Entirelypets.Com! I've experienced backorders from them in the past, but that was before Chewy. Com was around to show us how a company should really treat their customers. From what I have seen through the years, Entirely Pets ties up multiple Google ads from successful companies so that their ads show up at the top of your google searches, but they don't actually carry the items you are ordering. Then they put you on infinitely backorder until they can get the product in stock to ship out to you. They've done this to our company until we told them to stop using our name & products' names in their google ad without our permission & I've experienced it myself personally. I ordered an item on September 30 and still have not received it, nor have I received any communication on when the item will be in stock & ship to me. EVEN WORST- I called them on October 3rd and spoke to customer service. They were supposed to check on the back ordered item & call me back. Today is October 12th and I haven't received my item, nor did I ever receive a phone call back! YOU ARE 1000% failure as a company IMO. BTW, I ordered something on the exact same day from Chewy.com and received it 3 days later! Canceling my backorder & will order it through CHEWY!

We had been using them for over year for 3pkfortcanine 3 Pack FortiFlora CANINE Nutritional Supplement by Purina- Box of 30 (1-gram packets) every three months. They had THE BEST price!
Recently, I received an email telling me that they would be resupplying us, however this was less than one month after receiving a three-month supply. Less than an hour after receiving their email, I emailed them and called to make sure the shipment was canceled. I was told it was too late; the order has gone to the warehouse. Why would they email me?
During my call, the customer service rep told me to simply refuse the package and they would credit my account.
We refused the package and the package tracking shows they received it back October 2. I waited 16 days and checked my credit card, and I still had not received a credit for the shipment. When I called, they told me yes, they had received it, and since I called, they will begin to process the return.
They have totally lost my trust. I will not use them again.

Wish I would've read reviews on this company before placing my order. Placed an order on 2/5/21 for 3 items. As of 2/13 the order hadn't been shipped, so I called to check on it. Was told that 1 of the items, Sure Grow, had been back ordered BUT THEY JUST GOT IT IN and it will ship to me on Monday (warehouse closes for the weekend). Got an email today, 2/20/21, that my order partially shipped. What item wasn't shipped? The Sure Grow! Called customer service & was told Sure Grow is back ordered, so the 1st customer service rep lied to me. They had not just gotten it in. Customer service rep said warehouse manager would call me on Monday.
Cut to today, 3/16/21... No Sure Grow, no call from warehouse manager, no emails from Entirely Pets, nothing from anybody. Call company. Customer service rep says they have the Sure Grow, but they couldn't ship it because the authorization on my credit card expired. YES! BECAUSE I PLACED MY ORDER ALMOST 6 WEEKS AGO! So, no email or phone call telling me they needed to update my credit card. They just never would have shipped it. Seriously, this company is the worst. Please do not support them. They will never get another penny from me.

Two weeks after I placed my order and had heard nothing, I contacted the sales department. I was told that two of my items were on backorder and everything would be shipped when they were in stock. I hadn't been advised of the backorders and needed the third item for my senior dog. I was told they would ship the item they had in stock since I needed it right away. Another two weeks later, when no order arrived and no further information had come my way, I contacted them again. It was like the first conversation had never happened. But, the two backordered items were now in stock and they would be shipping my order soon. Then I received an invoice for $7. Until this time, I'd been emailing the company but decided it was time to phone. The phone rep was not the least bit concerned about my now month-old order or the fact that I'd been lied to and the $7 was apparently for additional shipping that wasn't on my original invoice. I cancelled everything and that was when Entirely Pets finally got something right... I had my refund the same day. I will never order from this company again.
I was told by another site that the dog treats I wanted were discontinued and here they were on Entirely Pets website! Speedily.
The site is super easy for me to navigate and they have everything I need and more. No more driving around town to do all my pet shopping!

Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
