I was hit by a stolen vehicle while driving my rental. The manager that took car of me after the incident, Ramel, went above and beyond in his help of arranging my new rental and coordinating with other agencies to get my belongings. He wS a very bright spot in a wild a chaotic time. I can't thank him enough. He earned a customer for life!

On-site team does a great job. For some reason (likely user error) my reservation had not gone through when i did it on the app. They found me a car with no problem. The car they originally had for me had just been returned and, during inspection and clean-up, they discovered a nail in the tire. So they quickly found me a different car and got me on my way. I was checked on frequently and updated while i waited in the lobby and they were apologetic for my wait despite the circumstances not being within their control. This was my second rental in the last 3 weeks from this location and I have three more travel dates in the next 4 weeks and will be reserving a car for all 3 and any future rentals with this enterprise office. They do an amazing job.
The van got us to our destination and back safely. Enterprise let me down after never reaching out to me after expressing a safety concern about the cracking noise coming from the windshield. No one from Enterprise ever called me about the issue during my rental period. I had to call them and waste precious time during my trip. The manager at the location I dropped it off did help when he disounted a few rental days to make up for the inconvenience.
I'd like to start out with a full tank of gas and some wiper wash fluid or water.
The store in Jacksonville, Texas stinks. It smells like they shampooed the carpet and didn't get all the water out (sour).
I rent from the Hazleton branch usually at least twice per month. I have no complaints at all on anyone who works here. Every associate and I mean everyone, is always kind, accommodating, and usually has a smile on their face. They always give me a decent selection of vehicles I prefer to drive.
Very easy and smooth process from beginning to end. The Enterprise desk agent that assisted us at the car lot in Lubbock, I believe his name was Dylan, was very efficient very friendly and courteous. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again!

The gentleman, Tom, who helped me is always incredibly helpful, insightful, kind, respectful, caring, and genuine. He always makes me feel comfortable and supported in making a choice on vehicles as I rent from here close to every weekend. It is a pleasure to rent vehicles from here (specifically the Capitol Hill location in Seattle).
I was given a car that did not work very well. A flapping sound started under the hood on the passenger side when I got to 40 mph. It would start and stop a couple of times on my short route to and from work. The windshield had a soapy film on it making it difficult to see out.
Service at Enterprise was pretty great! I was very pleased with the gentlemen at that location, they were courteous and professional. Also, the car I was allowed to drive was really wonderful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the good work people! :)

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Ashley called me the day prior to pickup to make sure I was set for my drop off at Caliber the following morning. They picked me up quickly in the exceptionally clean truck that I was going to get with a full tank of fuel. Truck was outstanding & a new model! On return, John Frahm checked me in and did an outstanding job of making sure I had all my items out of the vehicle and enjoyed my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was whisked back to the Caliber location in the same vehicle I had just returned. Super impressed with this location & will absolutely rent here again.
Confirmed my pick up time, received an email, called multiple times with no answer, and ended up waiting in the rain and cold for over an hour. By the time I got in touch with someone, they said they had no clue they were even supposed to get me.
The Westerly staff were exceptional. They were kind with their customer service and knew all the questions to the vehicle I had. They were also able to give us the car a day early, which worked out well for our travels.
The staff at Enterprise on Spartanburg Highway are always lovely. They are professional. I often rent for work, and each time I rent, they are extremely busy, but they never fail to acknowledge each customer as they walk in and make sure to say, "Hello, and we'll be with you shortly."
I had a great experience at the Parkersburg location, plus, I got a comedy show for free while I waited for my husband to pick me up after I returned the car. Customers are hilarious, and the staff did a great job dealing with their buffoonery. For example, no, you don't actually get the same car that was in the picture of the vehicle class you reserved.
This particular location kept my personal garage remote and lied about it. I had to spend $120+ to get a new remote and have other remotes rekeyed. I filed a police report for theft of personal property and to be on record if there are any break-ins or loss of personal property in the future. Plus may use to file small claims to get my money back.
Perfect from start to finish. I needed a ride to the store to pick up my car and an employee came right away, to pick me up. Employees inside the store were also very friendly, helpful and efficient. They even offered me a bottle of water. I didn't have to wait at all. I had a great experience with the car I drove and when I returned it, I received the same great care and another ride home. Enterprise is the only car rental place for me!
Experience of renting a vehicle has not been any easier. The staff at the Security Boulevard location was awesome. I experienced actual conversation with the staff while I was waiting to complete the paperwork for my rental.
This office has always treated me well, and this past rental experience was also a pleasant and easy one. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and alwsys available during business hours. I appreciate the personal service I get here.
