Communication is key and it was very poor.
My funds from my deposit was used without my consent due to the fact that I did not extend the vehicle to a certain date I did not agree with. All employees from the stores I spoke with were very rude and didn't have any sympathy whatsoever to help me with my poor experience. Speaking with customer service they did their best to help me resolve. I feel like nothing was resolved at all leaving me unsatisfied.

This *******@i30 and Rockwall is the best returning a car after Christmas. It was a madhouse but employees handle it. Well handshakes have five fist bumps and all to every customer good attitude love it.
I rented this car through the USAA member perks. Everything was seemless. When I arrived to pick the car up it was ready and it was the right size, or class, I reserved. Check in, picking it up and returning it was quick and easy. The price was the same as the other rental company at Pitt-Greenville airport and service was much faster.
