I needed a rental car. However, the car that was brought to me did not hold the road. Every bump made the car tremble. Also, the car was dirty inside with crumbs everywhere. I had to clean the car out before I could drive it.

The staff at the Zephyrhills, FL office. Avery, McKinley, Carson and the lady that checked me in. I can't remember her name but it started with a D. Each person I mentioned has extraordinary customer service skills. They are polite, professional, personable, and each of them made me feel like a valued Enterprise customer. I feel they each are wonderful liaisons between Enterprise Car Rental and the customers therefore, I am requesting that each of them be commended for their job excellence. I was given a car with BALD tires. When I called the office and informed them that the car is pulling and unsafe to drive, the only suggestion I received was to take the vehicle to the local Firestone to replace the tires for THEM! Unbelievable and to be honest, a laughable joke! I literally laughed so hard and told them they're lucky to not be finding and towing their vehicle from the highway. Due to immediate circumstances in my personal life, I ended up taking the vehicle 20 miles to a different Enterprise location for a different vehicle with three children and three car seats to switch out. Thanks, but seriously, NO THANKS! I will avoid Enterprise at all costs. 😮💨

Returned rental with full of fuel, picked it up with less than half, denied any kind of credit. But if I returned with less fuel, I wouldn't have been charged for fuel. Something is not right when I return something better than I got it.

Excellent customer service across the board from pick up to drop off. Even helped me set up my Bluetooth and delete and delete the contacts when I return the car.

The moment I walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and quick to assist me. I got my rental car and was on the road in no time. When I returned the car, they were just as quick to get me going back home as a matter fact, they even gave me a ride home. I really appreciated enterprise. I would definitely rent from them again.

Car pickup was fine, although it was somewhat a larger car than I expected. It also has a design flaw where you can't see the speed without crouching down in the default steering wheel position.
I also never received a revised invoice after an after-hours drop-off, which is a bit concerning!

I drove an hour to get car and they wouldn't take my debit card cause was in my boyfriend's name even though the insurance was in both r names! Wasted my time and gas and had to go back two days later another hour drive there and back and I called for two hours before I went and no one would answer the phone and the car I ended up with had a cracked windshield!
