Each Enterprise representative that assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and presented the information in such a manner that I was able to use and thus operate my rental car efficiently. Due to the representatives my experience was a '10' in all ways and I totally appreciate.
The manager was so rude I will not be rent at that office again unless it is a new manager causebthe one that is there now is not a good manager.
The car was in rough condition. I certainly could not use it if I had co-workers in it.
From a distance it appeared "ok". The wheels were scraped up, the seats were very dirty, the wipers were old and borderline dangerous. The windshield washer warning light stayed on. I had to pay for an extra day since there was no way to return it on Sunday.
It served its purpose, but I'm guessing "Thrifty Auto", or "Budget" would have had a comparable vehicle for less money.
I wish they would have asked me if I had PL and PD ahead of time instead of just charging me for it. When I brought the car back
It was good but a little to low to get into but was good to have a rental they were very fast at getting the proses done to get it and return would go back to rent agin

The professionalism and customer service has always been stellar. The Rigsby location in Warner Robins has been great.
Courteous and professional staff, clean vehicles. Choice and avaliablity of vehicles well above standard.
The Waynesburg location is neat & clean. Matt is super friendly, yet professional. The cost of renting a vehicle here is reasonable. Car was ready on time, and a driver took me to pick up my car the next day. Overall, it was a good experience.
The employes were fast and efficient. Also very Helpful. I could nto say eniugh about the experience.

My experience at the flourtown location was a very good one. Service was great. The car was practically brand new. Definitely will be renting from this location in the near future

The staff was very accommodating. I had filled out some of the things online and I was in and out of their office with a rental car. Very quick and efficient and I appreciate their level of customer service
My concerns we addressed and truly taken care of to best of the team's ability! They went the extra mile to make my experience great! They were patient and did everything they could on their end to make sure I was satisfied at the beginning of my rental and at the end!
Fast and loveable staff! Checking in and checking out was completely seamless. No hassle and I did not feel the anxiety that normally comes with car rentals. I really enjoyed this experience.
