My Lexus NX450h+ service will done in the late afternoon at Longo Lexus. Their Loaner were all out. The service manager gave me an Enterprise rental car at El Monte Toyota. I was informed waiting times 30 to 45 minutes. I waited 4 hours to drove the car for work. I was late 2 hours for my shift lost 2 hours pay! And this late points could cause me lost 3M job! It's cost too much to drive Enterprise rental car! Enterprise staffs should do better. And avoid this location Enterprise rental car.
I rented a car from the Bingle location. Dustin was courteous, professional, and welcoming. I called to extend my rental reservation, and it was a smooth and convenient process.

My Deposit was in my bank account the day after I returned the rental.
I had a great experience with enterprise, the entire staff was very professional and polite and very helpful, enterprise is the only place I'm going for my rental car needs.
Great service. Very fast. Hertz called me last minute to inform me they didn't have a car even though I had a reservation. Walked in to Enterprise and they literally had me on the road in 10 minutes.
Easy process. Good people. The vehicle I was originally given wasn't up to my liking but Jarnell quickly got me into something I was able to enjoy.
The team at the Enterprise Wayne NJ location was most attentive and helpful. The rental process was easy and fast. The location had a large variety of cars and the physical location was very clean and inviting. I had a small issue with the the initial car provided and the team rapidly switched out the vehicle to address the issue. I had no disruption to my travel. Thank you to the entire staff at the Wayne NJ enterprise location.
Customer service was good and they were friendly. The car, however, had trash in it upon receiving. It also had a very strong and unpleasant smell in it. It might have been a strong cleaner trying to cover up a smoke smell? I had to drive with the windows cracked for the first few weeks.
Subpar customer service. 3:30 pickup reservation. I arrived at 3:20 and was told it would be about 1/2 hour before my car was ready. When I asked why my car was not ready as reserved I was told I had arrived late to my reservation. I showed the agent my reservation was for 3:30 and I had arrived at 3:20 and pretty much just got a shrug of the shoulders. Ended up my car was not ready until 4:30, an hour late,plus the gas tank was not full. Question: when picking up a car with a partial tank how is a customer to know how much gas to pump in before returning to achieve whatever level of a partial tank? This is a terrible policy.
I've been renting cars for decades, and I keep returning to Enterprise. They have a fleet of new, well-maintained vehicles and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
My overall experience was fine, my only complaint was that our car wasn't cleaned out before it was given to us.

Better have a big wad of cash... Agent didn't do enough in my opinion to get me into a comfortable vehicle in my price range! Couldn't call another enterprise to find me a better fit vehicle?

Each Enterprise representative that assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and presented the information in such a manner that I was able to use and thus operate my rental car efficiently. Due to the representatives my experience was a '10' in all ways and I totally appreciate.
The car was in rough condition. I certainly could not use it if I had co-workers in it.
From a distance it appeared "ok". The wheels were scraped up, the seats were very dirty, the wipers were old and borderline dangerous. The windshield washer warning light stayed on. I had to pay for an extra day since there was no way to return it on Sunday.
It served its purpose, but I'm guessing "Thrifty Auto", or "Budget" would have had a comparable vehicle for less money.
I wish they would have asked me if I had PL and PD ahead of time instead of just charging me for it. When I brought the car back
It was good but a little to low to get into but was good to have a rental they were very fast at getting the proses done to get it and return would go back to rent agin
