My experience at the flourtown location was a very good one. Service was great. The car was practically brand new. Definitely will be renting from this location in the near future

My reservation pick up was fast. I didn't like the fact that my purchase of rental insurance could not be seen in their system. Asking me to purchase insurance for $44 each day of the renta!
The rental was very dirty on the outside! It wasn't the rental I was supposed to get! Clair, the lady that came to pick me up had called me to see if I was ready to be picked up and told me I was getting a Nissan but instead I got a Chevrolet Malibu which was all dirty! It also seemed like it wasn't serviced before I got it bc there were alert images popping up on the dashboard and the left rear tire needed air! Also had an issue getting back my $300 deposit! The manager Holly didn't do things correctly so it took a week before I got my deposit back! When I called her about it, she had said she put the deposit back the day before but that wasn't accurate bc I got an email she sent right when I was talking to her verifying the transaction! So I feel she wasn't being honest at all about anything! It was all a nightmare experience! Then I was told by Clair that I was going to get a free one day rental for all the inconvenience and Holly the manager ended up calling me that Clair didn't say that I was getting a free rental! That what she had said was that if I rented a car for a day, I would get the second day free which is not true! I know what I heard! I've rented from Enterprise for many years and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a horrible situation! The whole thing caused me anxiety!
The customer service was pleasant and she was able to ask. Answer my questions quickly. The checkout and the return were very easy. I will use enterprise Rent-A-Car again.
Every time I rent from you guys, I feel a sense of being robbed! You add fees that make no sense, all these extra service fees and gas fees. You charge for extra fuel even though I gave back the with a full tank of gas last time and this time, I was supposed to give back the car with a half a tank of gas and I gave it back with a full tank of gas but when I give you extra & ask for a refund on my gas just keep it and don't refund

Mo and her staff at the Enterprise in Newnan, GA are the best out there. They are patient, helpful, kind and resourceful. I can't recommend them enough and am very thankful for their help in getting us out of a sticky situation. They are the best!
