Our check in & out, representative was Christian. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as he showed us the car we rented. He covered all the particulars of that model and left nothing to chance. All representatives should be as informed and dedicated to helping us know how to find & adjust the things within the car as he was.

Everything with my Enterprise car rental went well. I received the car I had reserved and the women at the Enterprise counter was professional and courteous. She was knowledgeable about the Jeep Wagoneer so I left feeling comfortable driving the vehicle. I will rent from Enterprise again.

The North division store in Spokane Washington is the best enterprise I've ever been to. I rent cars all the time for work and I would never rent from any other location. You definitely have a winning team there. Customer service is on point attentive and responsive.
