I made a few calls and every time the staff was friendl, helpful and courteous and concerned about meeting my needs even when my reservation plans changed.
Renting a car was a very nice experience. The car was available when I went to pick it up and was clean Customer service is excellent at the Northport location

This is my second time renting a car from enterprise. They were open during the holidays and delivered the best service. Both times I got the newest cars. The pick up and drop off was quick and easy.

Extremely easy process. The work was actually done for me. The agent met me at the repair shop and I was able to return the rental back at the repair shop when my car was ready for pickup.

I rented a vehicle in Va Beach traveling to Florida. The first vehicle broke down and the road side assistance was absolutely horrible! Language barrier with road side assistance was horrendous! My family waited for 5 hours before receiving another vehicle. The vehicle I received was nothing comparable to what I rented! I rented a seven seat Lincoln Navigator for my family and for business clients to be transported. The vehicle that was my replacement was an absolutely dirty minivan with no other options! I had a three hour trip from Tampa Fl to West Palm Fl with my family in this replacement vehicle that also left my family stranded with lug nuts that were loose! Then finally got to my destination in West Palm with the second broken vehicle and set appointment the following morning with a 9 AM appointment to pick another vehicle up in comparison to what I rented leaving Va Beach only to get there to be offered another broken vehicle and told that I could take it to a company that works on their vehicles 🙌! They had three vehicles in comparison at the Jupiter location and would not let release any one of the vehicles to my family. I then called a North Palm Location and was given a confirmation number for a vehicle replacement at that location, only to be lied to again with absolutely no vehicle replacement at that location. Ruined our whole vacation and my business trip! Would absolutely never in my entire life refer Enterprise Rental Car to anyone!
I have actually used the Enterprise McMinnville location some 6 times or so in the past year and every experience was perfect. The staff is attentive, the cars were always clean and well-serviced and they have made pick-up and drop off super easy. Thank you!
They had me waiting for a car i payed to rent for 30 min then said they'll prorate it but call on return day saying I have to have it back 30 min earlier even after I explained to him wat had happened so I payed for their mistake

Very nice place from the phone call to rent to the drop off after Josh was the employee at the location I rented from very professional and helpful will rent from enterprise from now on.
Can not honor reservations, and will upcharge for everything. Staff wasn't friendly or caring at all.

Bad tags got me pulled over twice on my Vacation! Bad wipers. I'm not happy.
Everyone was very friendly, and the pickup went smoothly. The condition of the vehicle was very good. I also appreciated that they would give me a ride to the body shop after I had dropped my rented vehicle off.
Got stranded after our transmission went out. This happened of course over the Christmas Holiday! Could Not find a ONE WAY rental! Finally found one through Expedia-through-Enterprise! Praise God!
Always friendly and usually willing to try and accommodate short notice changes. They try to get you in and out as fast and best they can. Great customer service!

Initial rental was too big! Had to wait a few days until I could be placed in a smaller vehicle.
