Working with Mr. Neil Thomas at Enterprise in Lewistown, PA was a truly positive experience. Mr. Thomas is very customer oriented. He worked easily in tandem with my Erie Insurance and Lake Chevy Collision Repair shop. I was able to pick my car up at Lake Chevy and drop it off there. Everything worked like clockwork. There were no surprise charges at the end. The 2024 Ford Escape they provided me was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out. The experience exceeded my positive expectations. Thank you Mr. Thomas and Enterprise. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable The staff made you feel comfortable. We used the service in Bowling Green Kentucky and the staff in Franklin Ky. Both stores went above and beyond to meet any and all of our needs. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Great but a little expensive. I needed it for a death in the family. There was no bereavement rate.
Staff at both pick up (Austin, TX Stassney at Manchacha location) and drop off (Albuquerque downtown, Lomas Street) were wonderful. Robert at the Albuquerque location drove me over to the Amtrak station and was a joy.
My only complaint is that the washer fluid was empty at pick up, and I had to buy a gallon at a convenience store as soon as I noticed. However, Robert in Albuquerque credited my account the $5 it cost.
Otherwise- absolutely no complaints.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. Never have an issues with pick up or drop offs. West liberty enterprise is the only I'll go for a rental

It was very satisfying with everything they done. I couldn't never be happy with anybody as I was of them. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend u all to anyone.
I have had a wonderful experience with Tim and Will. Tim kindly called to remind me to pick up the vehicle. At that moment, Enterprise had a limited selection, so he suggested I take the Mazda CX90. He mentioned that it was an upgrade since there were no other options available unless I was willing to wait. I followed his advice, and the vehicle turned out to be excellent for highway driving. When I returned, Will was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I really love this location.

I just rented an SUV from the Enterprise location at the Monterey Peninsula Airport and the experience couldn't have been better. The Assistant Manager, Dallas was exceptionally thoughtful, professional and helpful.
Coldwater location were great to work with. Answered any questions and made sure we were happy. Would highly recommend them.

I appreciate the flexibility of the company. I reserved a 4 wheel drive vehicle but once I was in it I realized I didn't know how to drive it. They swapped it out in minutes. Great service.
The car I rented was in great shape and ran well. The people at the counter were friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. This is the second time I have rented from Enterprise and will continue to do so!
