The car I rented was in great shape and ran well. The people at the counter were friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. This is the second time I have rented from Enterprise and will continue to do so!
Very quick and easy process the vehicle that I had was also very good on gas as well
Extremely disorganized, rented unreliable and dirty vehicles, difficult to reach on the phone, and charged $250 to help when the key fob was stolen. They did not have an extra at the location. Terribly disappointed.

Associate was very professional and provided us with type of vehicle we asked for, clean and well maintained.

Have been a customer for 20+ years. Enterprise has met my needs and requests for a variety of situations over that time. The vehicles have always been in good shape, clean, and got me and the family where we needed to go!

The manager Paschal was very polite and efficient. When I arrived at Enterprise he quickly addressed my desire to rent a fuel efficient vehicle.

My experience with the staff is excellent just the phone inputs didn't work at all it was bad because i traveled out of state with no stops to starbucks to charge my phone
I was in the area from out of town when my car broke down unexpectedly. I took an Uber to the closest Enterprise and the customer service representative went out of his way to handle my transaction quickly so I could make it back to my car before the tow truck arrived. I was so overwhelmed when I arrived, but their service was so efficient and helpful that my stress level decreased exponentially by the time I drove off the lot. Highly recommend this location!
The car rental agents were helpful. They had great customer service. The car was very comfortable and good on gas. I will definitely be renting from enterprise again when I travel. I appreciate the car and the service. Thank you.
