The whole process was very easy. I booked the car online the night before I received a confirmation and a phone call the next morning. I picked up the car and it was easy in and out. I rented a Ford Explorer. I liked how it had very dark tinted windows. It worked perfect for our needs. Returning the car, took one minute, so quick and easy.

I GAVE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE ABOVE. ADRIAN, MARIO, JULIEN AND (GET THE JOB DONE) LAI WERE AMAZING. EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

Location was run down with stained ceiling tiles, frayed carpet and understaffed. The vehicle I received was filthy dirty. Agent offered to clean seats but it didn't help. Review is based upon condition of this particular location and the vehicle being filthy. The agent was kind and courteous.

I always have a good experience, this last car was a good gas saver I just didn't like that it said it needed a oil change and I wasn't made feeling secure about it kept feeling uneasy.

Enterprise at the San Jacinto location in San Angelo has the best, kindest staff & made the entire process so easy.

Jacob was very friendly and was able to get me in a car very quickly when we had an unexpected trip out of town.

The first rental had to be jump started twice which was an inconvenience because I needed the vehicle to do my errands and for shopping, because of these two issues, I did not trust the vehicle when having to stop and then return to the vehicle and I was afraid it would not start.

Car was too small to meet family needs. My grandson had difficulties and it sat so low that I had difficulty getting in and out

There were some problems with the rental process and Enterprise went above and beyond to make things right.
