The rental experience was overall quite good. I don't have a particular rental company that I have come to prefer. When I investigated prices for San Diego I found that Enterprise was one of the most reasonable, but I haven't always found this to be the case. I booked through Expedia, since they seemed to have the same prices as Enterprise through the Enterprise website (and I got some Expedia points). There was a short wait in picking up the car. They did not have the preferred car I had requested, which I think was going to be a Camry, and I was upgraded to a 2025 Chevy Blazer SUV, which was quite nice. I had no issues with the vehicle and used it to transport some scuba diving equipment, so the extra space was appreciated. The return was seamless except that I could almost say that it was a bit rushed. The only reason I can't say that I will always rent from Enterprise is that I don't think that Enterprise always has the best price, and your competitors also tend to be very efficient.

After my car was totaled because an accident my insurance said I could get a rental. I was able to upgrade to a SUV. Similar to what I am used to driving. I was given prices and how much would be my expense. Working with the employees was easy with me never had to rent a vehicle before.
I was picked up and again reviewed all paper work before driving the SUV. I appreciate their extra time when I was stoll rattled from the accident.

I've been renting from the Stockton Auto Mall Enterprise car rental for over the past 5 years for my annual medical conference and they have done just a phenomenal job with service personality and then just you can ask for anything better so I will continue now and in your future.
It is imperative that I have access to a reliable vehicle because I am on call 24/7, 365 days a year to come to the aid of my elderly disabled parents who are caring for my special needs paraplegic older brother. If he goes into the hospital I go with him. If one of my parents goes into the hospital I need to get there ASAP to help care for my brother who we take care of at home. They live in the next state over, so I need access to a car at all times. Unfortunately for me I was recently the victim of a hit and run by a large truck on the highway and my car was in the repair shop for over two months. During that time my brother ended up in the hospital twice. I needed to be there in the hospital with him because the health care workers never seem to understand how to communicate with him. I taught him to communicate through blinking. If he is in the hospital then so am I and I stay at the hospital the entire time to care for him. Since my car was being repaired from a hit and run on the highway by a large truck I was forced to explore other options such as renting a vehicle. I've never done this and was very nervous. Enterprise was like a shining light in the night for me. Everyone was so friendly, so nice! They were patient and considerate and helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. They made sure I was comfortable in the vehicles I used and made sure that I had everything I needed. The people working at Enterprise were so special and made me feel at ease even though I was going through one of the worst times of my life. I can't say enough nice things about them! I can't begin to explain how in the craziness of my life the past few months they were like a beacon in the dark. When everything else was crumbling around me their kind words and compassion were enough to help me cope with everything going on. You never realize how a kind word, or a polite gesture can really affect you and impact you until you are being turned upside down in a maelstrom of stress. They were so good to me and helped to make this difficult time a little more bearable. Thank you Enterprise! I will never forget your kindness and consideration! You have a customer for life!
