Enigma Recovery

Luckily I realized this was fraudulent before I purchased a key to "Unlock" all my deleted messages. After you do your initial scan they give you partial access to a text message that has been supposedly deleted. My preview had a hotel reservation and message from the sender saying he/she got a job at Five Guys. The only person I've ever know that worked there was my son and he's never stayed at a hotel that's 50 miles from our house... I would give zero stars if I could!

I spent 2 hours doing the preliminary scan for this product. The messages I needed showed up as "locked' so I purchased the program to "unlock" these messages. Of course the program didn't actually unlock these messages. TOTAL scam. I tried contacting the company and they REFUSE to help or refund despite their "satisfaction guarantee"... Luckily I can dispute the charge with my bank. Terrible company, terrible customer service, do not waster you time.

After having to purchase the unlimited data backup, the software quit working all together.
Everytime i would get on there to do a recovery something went wrong with it. Now that i have paid out over 100$ it will not do nothing. And forget about support helping you. It has a chat button, but unless your gonna stay on your laptop for 10 days, you can forget it.
The times i was successful it didnt give me any more info then what was already on the phone its self.
There are way better software recovery out there.

I used this recovery system because I was desperate to retrieve messages i accidentally deleted as I'm sure most people are when they are looking for a recovery program. It recovered messages from months ago but not from days ago. Makes no sense. I contacted support and of course they said well it works 94% of the time, lol that makes me laugh because I'm pretty sure 94% of people are going to fall into that 16% and it won't work. I got every excuse in the book but my favorite was well you updated the iOS so it wiped out older messages. Lol it was the older messages that it found so nope wrong. I wouldn't get this product it's a waste of money and they won't refund your money. They prey on the fact that ur desperate and you need to recover something important take your 50 knowing it most likely won't do what it's supposed to do then stand behind their 94% work and your just part of that 16% sorry. Stay away from this company.

I purchased Enigma Recovery software for $79.99 to recover a missing note on an iPhone 7, however their product was not successful in doing what was advertised. I contacted customer support with my complaint but they refused to give me a full refund for my purchase - even after I deleted the software and told them I do not intend on using it further. They also stopped communicating with me after I told them I was going to escalate this issue through PayPay (note the case was closed in my favour haha). So, let this be proof that a great company like PayPal is smart enough to sniff out a fraud like Enigma Recovery. Had they been willing to refund my purchase themselves perhaps Enigma Recovery could have avoided this embarrassing review.

I've had several problems upon purchasing this program. I've been in contact with customer service several times, and they keep telling me to uninstall, and reinstall the program. They are extremely adamant that they DO NOT give you a refund at all. So I spent good money on a program i've never been able to use since day one, with no chance of getting my money back. I pray that nobody ever buys this program, and that this company goes under ASAP. Absolutely terrible buisness.

Took forever to get it to work. Many attempts, finally when we got it to work... 2 photos, that is what it recovered. Waste of time and money. Company is obviously in another country, 10 hour response time on chat when we were looking for help. Don't bother asking for a refund, they are clear about their policy so once you buy you're sunk.

Purchased this expensive software 24. 8. 18 in reliance of its representations that it could restore call log to iphone. All it did was recover the call log that was already available on the phone. Wasted some time dealing with 'support' but at least they did bother to respond - but didn't accomplish anything.
Even better, when you upgrade your phone - please don't assume for a second that you purchased an actual licence to use this rubbish software - when I decided to give this crap software another go I found that nope you will be asked to pay yet again for this expensive software per device! No thank you!

I bought their standard 1 device recovery, the price they quote being £40, which then jumps up to £48 at checkout to include tax. After purchase, they say they will email you a key so that yo can access the product. After 5 days of waiting with no email, I contacted their "support" email, still with no response. The company is completely fraudulent. It's even more concerning that this software requires you to grant access to a device, reading all your messages, images etc. Stay away

Don't buy this crap. Their "amazing technology" didn't deliver and I'm an unhappy customer and they could care less.

Here's the deal. I received a text one day at 9:10am. Accidentally deleted it at 4pm that day. Bought the software at 7pm that day. Didn't use my phone between 4p-7p. Bought 3 products- this crappy one for $60 and 2 others for $30. None of these products could get that one text. The next day at 5p I requested a refund from all companies because I knew I was out of luck. The 2 $30 companies refunded me. This, crappy company said "our software shows you recovered 12 texts so we can't refund you". The 12 texts were some random texts from years ago. No refund and they're not interested in customer satisfaction. Don't buy it.

I brought their $60 package, which coverts to $125 NZD, which is where i'm from. I believed they would help me with a lot of difficulties I was facing at the time and its been a week later. I still haven't received any emails from their support staff. This thing is a total scam, they recommend you use a free trial and when that doesn't work you buy a package thinking that you'll retrieve old lost data. It does nothing but move data from your phone to your laptop. That's it. They don't do refunds whatsoever basically. Listen to the other reviews too and don't waste your money. Learn from our mistakes and don't put your money into this company when it can be donated somewhere more in need of it.

I recovered deleted messages, notes, and images from my wife's cheater phone.
I can assure anyone who is seeing software to recover deleted files from their iPhone, that enigma works out of the box by backing up the phone and then letting you easily see what was deleted. I printed off a great report from the software and it's gonna look so good as an exhibit in my divorce. Thank you!
Note: the software didn't get everything that was deleted but it got a lot.

Enigma Recovery will not offer you a refund OR a store credit. They are a very difficult company to deal with. If you buy the software and it does not allow you to recover what you needed, you will have wasted nearly $100CAD for absolutely nothing. Their customer service is horrible, as other Recovery Software that I purchased all offer refunds. I spoke to three people from their company: Kent, Alvin, and James, and all three of them said NO to giving me any sort of refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Accidentally deleted a string of text messages and immediately put the Iphone down to research how the messages could be restored. The carrier tried several options although to no avail, so I googled a few products. Chose Enigma, and let me tell you, what a waste of money. Loaded and ran the program, it discovered a few deleted messages from months ago although not the string of messages that I was looking for. Enigma also listed strings of messages as being deleted even the information was still active. Do not waste your effort and money. Even after email for assistance was sent to the company, customer support remains non-existent.
