Enigma Recovery will not offer you a refund OR a store credit. They are a very difficult company to deal with. If you buy the software and it does not allow you to recover what you needed, you will have wasted nearly $100CAD for absolutely nothing. Their customer service is horrible, as other Recovery Software that I purchased all offer refunds. I spoke to three people from their company: Kent, Alvin, and James, and all three of them said NO to giving me any sort of refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Hello Diana, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but it is advertised on our website that we cannot guarantee to recover 100% of the data as it might be overwritten. The amount of data that can be recovered will depend on several factors, including device usage and how the data was lost originally.
