Hello, the first step to recover your data, we backup your data to your computer to keep safe your original data. The backup is stored on ThisPC>Windows>Users>XXX>AppData>Local>EnigmaDigital if you are using Windows pc. If you are using Mac go to /Users/XXX/Library/Application Support/com. Enigmadigital. IWRecoveryManager/iOSBackup or simply search for com. Enigmadigital. IWRecoveryManager and then select iOSBackup. I hope I was clear, don't hesitate to contact again if you have more questions.

how long does scanning take?

The description for their software suggests that it will recover deleted texts. What it doesnt tell you until you've already purchased their software is that IT WILL NOT RECOVER PREVIOUSLY DELETED TEXTS... but will recover deleted texts that were deleted AFTER you've made a backup using their software. This company is a FRAUD
