Bank had to file dispute the only messages that came through their software were the ones already on my device no deleted messages were recovered as promised it's literally a joke they refuse to refund me they'll be out of buisness before they know I know a fraud when I see one pathetic
Bought this product a few weeks ago and tried to recover photos from the cloud, every single time I've tried since then I get a technical error from there servers, it has not even tried to connect to the cloud once as the software doesn't work. As it says in their refund policy, any technical issues are a cause for refund. I emailed them, finally got a response saying they weren't going to refund me, despite my issue being a legit reason for refund, I have read the policy. So I wrote to them twice more in the last 2 weeks, no response still, obviously they know they're in the wrong and are refusing a legit request for a refund.
The software does not work as advertised, the iCloud recovery does not even work AT ALL, their "customer service" is slow and when you do get a response its from someone who does not even understand your basic request, you will not get a refund even when you have a legit reason for one. Its a simple scam, I should have read reviews before buying it I guess.

They take your money and when the software doesn't work, they refuse to refund it. I ultimately ended up purchasing Decipher and it worked like a charm. Avoid Enigma. It is a scam

The 'unlock' to see more should have been a clue not to buy it! It does not work! Don't buy it! Customer service useless, doesn't even read the information I sent them.

It recovers deleted messages, phone calls, contacts, etc. However, I've had issues with it losing the product key and randomly crashing on Windows 10
I read their website that says that the software can recover data from a broken iPhone, but this is not case if you cant get past the "Trust Computer" stage. I asked Alvin for a refund, which was plainly refused. What a rip-off.
Hello Simon, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. In order to recover your data with your device you have to be able to "Trust Computer". You can recover your data from iTunes too.

I purchased the recovery liscence to recover a number I deleted by accident a while ago, but when I used the software a bunch of letter and numbers jumbled up showed up instead. I requested a refund and they refused to give it to me. Instead they offered me 50% (don't know why I would pay 50% for something that doesn't work) warning people now so they don't have to go through the same thing.
On Friday September 6th of 2019 i purchased an application from Enigma Digital, After downloading the application i found technical problems, because of which i was unable to use it.
I contacted James at technical support, we spent two hours trying to fix the issues, however we were unsuccessful. James advised me to delete the application and download it again which did but ended up with the same result.
I emailed James and asked to cancel my order# ******* and refund my $63.59, however they have ignored my request. They are thieves. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Arbitrarily converted my "lifetime" license to a one year license. Refused to refund. Also, refused to refund a different license when software kept crashing. Horrendous service!
If you want to restore data to your phone you shouldn't choose Enigma Recovery. Their software doesn't recover to your device it recovers to some 3 party app, ehich seems both pointless and useless.
After testing various other services that can recover data to its original place on your phone, I would recommend to look elsewhere.
First, this product did not ever finish creating the back up (1st step), to allow me to recover deleted messages--so, it never worked. The next day someone used my apple id to make facetime calls to my contacts! Enigma Recovery allowed access of my apple id to random strangers.
We are sorry to hear that you have had a problem but can categorically deny that any breach is caused by Enigma's product. Our product does not have any functionality which would allow anyone to make calls from your phone. We do not share data with anyone and we have no evidence of any breach in our systems. Can you check whether there are any other breaches of your security because I think this is the most likely cause. Please keep this thread going because i am keen that you are assured of our innocence in this matter.
This is definitely not worth $60. Wanted to retrieve deleted texts. After the scan it appeared there were many deleted texts on one thred however they can't be seen so I have in and purchased it. When going back on it only showed one of the texts that were locked. Therefore I wasn't able to find the one I was looking for. Never recommending this product to anyone. Definitely not worth $60
This isn't an exact science which is why we have a support department to help when it doesn't seem possible to recover what you want. If it doesn't work, that should be the first call and more often than not, they will help you recover what you've lost.
I need to recover deleted text messages and I purchased this product to do just that. It did not work, I contacted the company the next day after my purchase and told them it would not load and did not work. Their site indicates they provide technical support, and they want to please their customers. I have contacted technical support several times and it still does not work. I asked for a refund and they refused. I paid $60 for this and it absolutely did nothing. This company is nothing but a scam and fraud. They do not provide technical support to help the consumer, but they take your money and then say you are screwed! I have contacted the BBB and I am writing the Attorney General. I have also contacted the Internet Crime Complaint Center and the FTC. I do not know how this company is still in business.

Apparently, the same thing happened to me. It did not recover anything from phone. It just showed me those files that were still accessible. Pretty disappointed.

The best app so far to recover data on Iphone if deleted. This company it is a fraudulent app for iphone or mac, do not buy, they would recover your data in a third party app and you will have to hear or see it, your recovered data in two apps from them, you will never own your data anymore. They do not give back the money and these are real scammers, do not buy from these people.
