Bad treatment by eneba
OK i decided to treat myself with eneba to game codes as with everything what has been going on lately so i dont go crazy bored this site was good at first all other game codes worked and play perfectly till i came across citiesxl version 2012 OR VERSION 2011 PLEASE DO NOT BUY AS THIS STUDIO HAS CLOSED AND GAME WONT WORK EVEN THOUGH STUDIO IS NOW FOCUS LATEST VERSIONS OK
Eneba allows sellers to sell these codes to customers after i contacted them stating game studios have closed how can you allow this is ripping customers off ok i even asked for credit to spent back with them not now if they are ripping me off lost my money

I want to share my personal experience as a former employee of Eneba. My time working for this company was extremely disappointing, I feel it is important to provide an honest account of my experience to help others considering employment with them.
The most important part is that my trainer intentionally wanted me to type 'PR' into the search bar to reveal potentially visited 'certain' websites while looking at my search history (And then take a screenshot) to try to mock me in front of my coworkers. Initially, I was confused because I didn't realize what he had done until later. I'm worried that he might be engaging in this practice with other new employees, causing them to experience the same situation.
Apart from this incident, I encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted my professional well-being. The work environment was characterized by a lack of respect and a general disregard for employee well-being. Management consistently failed to address concerns, leading to a pervasive sense of frustration and demoralization among the workforce.
Additionally, there was a blatant disregard for work-life balance. I consistently found myself working on a hectic schedule without proper compensation even on national holidays. The workload was overwhelming and unrealistic, resulting in excessive stress and burnout. This company and their team leaders showed little regard for the mental and physical health of its employees.
Furthermore, the compensation and benefits provided were far below industry standards. Salaries were uncompetitive, and there was a lack of benefits or performance-based bonuses.
I strongly caution potential employees to thoroughly consider their options before joining Eneba. The negative work culture, lack of work-life balance and inadequate compensation and benefits make it an unfavorable choice for anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling professional experience.
Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have had different experiences working for Eneba. However, I believe it is essential to share my story to shed light on the company's shortcomings.
Over the course of the last four months, I purchased 6 keys on Eneba. I got them for a good price and everything worked. The service is much appreciated!
Amazing website, great variety of games for a cheap price, weekly sales are great too with huge discounts on popular games. Payment was easy peasy too, keys worked properly.
What I have got from them, it all works. I bought one Steam card and there was no issue with it. And later I wanted to get a game for myself, and again there were no problems. Good website
I wanted to update my review. It's obvious a ploy by eneba to send a response to my review. It makes them look good to everyone who reads it, they think to themselves, "hey Eneba responded and wants to make it right." Hold on everyone. This person has not responded back after I contacted back with her. In fact Eneba sent me an email stating they were going to close my ticket in 48 hours unless I send additional information. I even have an email from Butch at Eneba that states that I had sent all the information they needed.
I bought 2 ps plus codes on the 16th of December. I gave these to our kids as part of their Christmas present, when they went to enter the codes, we received the error code that the codes were already used. After contacting eneba and sending screenshots proving this I have not heard back from them going on two days. The last email stated that they do not issue the codes and they have a separate vendor that does this and would need to verify the screenshots. This is nothing short of disappointing and I may have to do some extreme measures on this company if I do not hear back from them.

We are a marketplace, we do not produce keys ourselves, nor do we have means to revoke them from accounts, that have them activated already. Throughout the course of 4 months I bought every Resident Evil title released on PC and who knows how much I saved by doing so. I love this series, much appreciated!
I never had problems with steam gift cards I got from them. It worked for me, if worked my friend (hence the gift part). I haven't tried the games, but their gift cards are valid and often cheap.

Purchased a $100 Xbox gift card, which turned out to be an invalid key. I contacted Eneba support immediately (worst customer service I've ever experienced, very rude and came across like didn't want to help and made me feel like I was wasting their time). I had to provide Eneba with a screenshot of the error message and my Xbox account name, okay fair enough.
They then made me contact Xbox support and ask Xbox what's wrong with the key and the date it was activated, which was very inconvenient and awkward, but Xbox were really nice about it and replied saying "Sorry but the key had never been activated 'paid for' and I would have to return to the seller for a refund."
I sent Eneba a screenshot of this and they said they'll forward it to the seller and will message me when they hear back, that was almost 2 weeks ago, now every time I contact Eneba to see what's happening, they just say there is nothing they can do and I just have to be patient and wait on the seller to respond.
Thank god I paid using PayPal, so I can file a transaction dispute via PayPal.
If you are thinking about buying a key from this website, keep in mind that it might be a used/fake key and you'll then have to wait 2-3+ weeks to get your money back.

I had tried to buy some DLC from this site and had a massive issue with the phone number verification stage. I tried to input all different combinations, including using the country prefix, nothing worked. I tried to contact customer support and at first, they were "timely" but now, it's been over 12 hours since I had ANY response. The last response I received was "use a different phone number" Sure! I'll just pluck another phone number out of the air and use that one -_-
I also noticed that the price of the game had gone up (due to exchange rate) This also means that the price shown on the page isn't the final price. While the increase wasn't huge (2-3 dollars) this is still a bit misleading.
I decided to cut my losses and go with a different key reseller and managed to get the product the first attempt buying it and a few dollars cheaper.
I don't think I'll do business with Eneba in the future and while I won't tell others to not do business with this site, I would warn people just be a bit wary of them.

I understand you have experienced an issue regarding the verification step. Certain phone numbers, such as prepaid ones (not exclusively) may not be accepted by our security system. As it's the way it is set up, we are unable to change the way it views specific phone numbers.
Regarding the prices, I understand you are referring to the marketplace fee. We try to be as transparent as possible with it. It's a fee charged for every transaction in order to cover our operational costs. As it's shown during checkout, you are still able to opt out of the order if you feel like the price of the product does not do it justice.
That's completely understandable and completely up to the user if they decide to choose a different website to purchase in.

Very skeptical of the other reviews of this website.
I found this company because of a deal posted on SlickDeals.com. The deal was for Xbox game pass 7 and 14 day codes- though because the SlickDeals poster could only link to one, they linked to the 7 day code.
Within the comments of the deal, an actual representative from ENEBA commented. They claimed that the code (did not distinguish which type of code) would work for all users, new or existing Xbox customers.
Seeing this, I purchased several codes only to find they could not be redeemed. When I contacted Xbox, they told me that these codes could not in fact be used for existing users.
I quickly contacted ENEBA for a refund. I provided screenshots, an explanation of the problem, and even pointed out that an ENEBA representative had assured buyers that the codes would work for existing users- but ENEBA still refuses to give a refund for this order because I opened the digital code.
This is not the way to treat a customer. I'll be looking for every place I can to spread the word about this company's deception.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
