Duplicate keys are sold via this platform and if you report it nothing will be done. Eneba sides with the fraudulent sellers and ignores all of your provided proof. Your money is obviously also gone.

Best shop ever!

Got my PUBG season pass from them, and currently I am on my way to all the loot! Overall, it's a cheap shop that lets you get affordable games for many of the consoles. Really good!

SCAM SITE
November 13, 2020

I bought a Nintendo £25 Eshop card which cost me £24.37. The Code I was given did not work on Nintendo's website. I emailed customer services expecting that they would send me another code directly to my email address but unfortunately this did not happen. Instead the refunded the money to my Eneba wallet.

Normally on any legit website, this would be fine. However, the price of the Nintendo £25 Eshop code went from £24.37 to £25.11 on the website. I was obviously not happy to pay extra for something I can buy cheaper from Nintendo themselves plus it is my rights as a customer to receive the working product at the same price.

I explained the problem to customer services hoping they would send me another code directly but they did not offer this and refused to top-up my wallet with extra funds to pay for the card now that the price has risen (the price is now at £25.30).

I have since asked for a refund to the card I used to purchase the product but they refused to do so. Now that I have told them I will be disputing the payment through my bank and told them I'd be writing bad reviews if they do not put the problem right, they have stopped responding to my emails.

The strange thing is that now, every time I load their website and look at the £25 gift card, the price creeps up higher and higher (which I assume is done via them teaching you with cookies and your IP address). This must be done to make you eventually give in to the fact that they do not give you a new working code and eventually buy the more expensive product, making them more money.

We are aware of your situation and we have already offered you a solution to resolve this issue. Prices change all the time and they are set by our suppliers directly, not by us, so it's completely normal, that they fluctuate all the time.
Refund to your initial payment method should have been an option even if you have chosen a refund to your Eneba wallet, therefore we have investigated this case, so that this does not happen in the future.

Deposit never appeared on Eneba
August 13, 2023

Decided to use Gift card/Bank card for a deposit, since didn't know where to use it, there were 25 EUR left, deposited them a month ago, but they never reached my account ;) Contacting support is useless, since they are replying with general answers, which don't even answer my request, previously used this card and everything worked fine, but now money just disappeared. Contacted gift card/bank card provider and they assured Eneba got the money, contacted support with full proof of it, but they didn't even care ;) not a refund, nothing (talking about Lithuanian Eneba), planning to contact Consumer rights for this, 25 eur is not a lot and don't really care about them anymore, I got more triggered by how they handled my request

Neat website, can get games for cheaper than on steam, was very easy to use, there are even instructions on how to do everything properly so you'd have to try really hard to not receive your games.

Great, until you encounter a problem.

I've spent hundreds on this site, but recently there was a issue with an order. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL you just send emails, get a general pre written message, then nothing. No communication, no replys to emails, they just ignore you.

This quickly went from one of my favourite sites to the worst. I've had to resort to trying to get a charge back via PayPal because I simply am not getting a reply.

If they did reply, they could probably fix my issue quickly, but after 3 days I'd be a fool to think I would get a response.

I was issued a refund and I chose to accept the money in my eneba wallet as it was instant. But the site won't let me spend my balance, saying I don't have enough money - see screenshot below. Now I'm ignored.

My advice - stay away - there are similar sites out there (Gamivo, g2a, instant gaming, cd-keys) who are much more deserving of people's times and money.

If everything goes wright, then you'll be happy, but as soon as any issues arise you'll wish you never spent anything on this site.

Edit 9/12/23 - I've waited 6 days for a reply from customer service, and have not received a single email. I resolved the problem myself, I tried again to buy the item again, which had now increased in price and was able to purchase it.

Not happy that all my attempts to to contact were ignored, and that it cost me more money because I was ignored. So can't recommend this site, which is a shame as they have some good offers. But any site that takes your money but is totally unreachable, is not worth the risk and I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

I've updated my rating from 1 star to 2, because I did eventually get my product, but it was more expensive and they have no customer service.

My 'balance' is higher than the price of the game. There are no extra fees when paying with wallet balance. But it clearly says I don't have the funds. Should be easy for them to rectify, but they have completely ignored all my emails.

Just SAR says Eneba is a marketplace, it's a platform for different suppliers to sell the CD keys. As for me, the service of Eneba was always well but I had a friend who bought CoD: WW2 and the key didn't work. He simply contacted the support and the key was replaced the same day with a working one, probably obtained from one of the other sellers.

After buying a card, I go to punch it in and it doesn't work. I go to file a ticket and get hit with wall after wall of demands for proof and screenshots of private information. Hesitant as I was, I went above and beyond to give them the information they needed.

Now my claim has been sent off site. With no ETA or even a guess at how long it'll take.

Scam site. Don't buy. These people aren't worth your money.

EDIT - They copped out of giving me so much as a replacement. This is the excuse.

"Thanks for the provided screenshot.

As we can see from the provided screenshot, Steam support has confirmed that the key was unused and valid at the time of your purchase and that it has since been activated. Since the activation happens within their system, they can confirm the exact time when the code was redeemed and that's something that we're not able to ignore. Unfortunately, considering all the above and as you'll certainly understand, we won't be able to proceed with the refund of this order. As stated on our Terms of Service, we can only refund your purchase on the absolute condition that the key was not used after your purchase.

If you still feel that more investigation should be done, feel free to create a new ticket (do not reply to this thread), and provide us with any information you believe will help with your case. We would be happy to review it once again. For now, however, this request has been closed."

Yeah. I paid for a card that didn't work for me and was activated elsewhere. Supplied all the information I could, they won't do anything.

BEWARE! USED CD KEYS
November 20, 2019

I could not activate the game, as the code was already used. I have contacted support, who requested full screen screen shots of my Microsoft account order history, subscriptions, and error I received when I entered my key.

I provided support with all of the requested information, and they claimed that they had "proof" I activated the key.

This is the response I received:

"We've just got a reply from our suppliers. They've confirmed that the key was unused and valid at the time of your purchase and that it has since been activated. They have ways to confirm this directly with the game's producer, something that we're not able to ignore. Unfortunately, considering all the above and as you'll certainly understand, we won't be able to proceed with the refund of this order. As stated on our Terms of Service, we can only refund your purchase on the absolute condition that the key was not used after your purchase.

If you still feel that more investigation should be done, feel free to create a new ticket and provide us with any information you believe will help with your case. We would be happy to review it once again. For now, however, this request has been closed."

Additionally, I noticed that the site claims that I rated "Top Gun Games" as "Excellent", which I absolutely did not do. There doesn't seem to be a way to change this false rating. BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMED!

Which is put my amazon account on block, and i called eneba customers services they were so bad especially
Someone was called carl he is helpless, i have explaind to them the situation with my gift card to refund me
But they refuse, i dont recomment this website at all, they sell fake gift card

Not a single SMS spam for 10 years. The day after I bought a Nintendo gift cart from them now I get them daily. They asked for my cell phone # to verify the purchase - and claimed that's all it will be used for. The aggravation is not worth the $15 I saved. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY!
