THEIR GOOGLE PLAY GIFT CARDS ARE INVALID AND WHEN APPROACHED THEY DO NOT HELP MEANWHILE I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER SITES. THEY HAD THE GUTS TO BE AGAINST THEIR CUSTOMER.
I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.

The seller scammed me with 125 euro steam cards that were probably sold to multiple people. I tried to get help from their help desk, they gave me useless answers and asked for a lot of screens and stuff (that I always immediately provided) for like 20 days, after that they closed my case stating that I could not 100% prove that the seller was a scammer.
Funny part: to prove it I would need info from the seller that he obviously doesn't provide or the full picture of the cards that they did not provide even if I asked it multiple times.
End of the story: if you get scammed by the seller, ENEBA will just help the seller scamming you.

We can relate to that while buying in a rush issues like these could occur due to lack of attention to details. However, considering the types of products we sell, we need to limit our refund policy at a certain point, in our case, that point is after the key is displayed. We needed to create this limitation because as soon as the key is displayed we have no way of knowing if it was activated or if it will be activated in the future. All our keys come from European distributors of legitimate keys. Unlikely other pages that sell this type of product, not everyone can sell in our page. To sell with us, one would need to have a registered company with proved experience in the business. What this means is that the quality of our product is extremely high. Mistakes can still happen, from time to time, some products need to be retyped so a typo in one of the codes is a possibility. But these are very rare cases. I bought 2 Playstation 12 month codes from Eneba. I was out of town and didn't enter them for a few weeks. When I entered them, only 1 worked. I showed proof of this and they keep saying I have to provide screen shots from within my Playstation of Transaction History. I do that and that's not enough. Now they want me to provide a date and time stamp of the activation. THE ACTIVATION DIDN'T WORK THEREFORE THERE ISN'T ANY ENTRY FOR IT IN MY HISTORY. This is not only proof that the code didn't activate to my account but even PSN Customer Service confirmed. Is this part of the scam to ask customers to provide something you know they can't? I spent more time arguing over this code than it would have cost me in time just to pay full price! Waste of time!

Please understand, this is a standard process, you have to go through, in order for us to get all the details and to be able to confirm the issue and offer solutions. The reason, why we ask for activation date, even if we can see, that it was not activated on the account that you show is because it could have easily been activated on any other account. In this case, all you have to do is contact PSN and ask for when the particular key was activated, you don't need to know, who's account it was, all we need is just a date and time in this case.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
