We can relate to that while buying in a rush issues like these could occur due to lack of attention to details. However, considering the types of products we sell, we need to limit our refund policy at a certain point, in our case, that point is after the key is displayed. We needed to create this limitation because as soon as the key is displayed we have no way of knowing if it was activated or if it will be activated in the future. Our dedicated Customer Service team is always willing to help you sort it out, so we're afraid that if the first time they couldn't issue you with a refund for that order, nothing much could be done, although we're going to review your case in depth once more to see if there's a small chance to resolve it in your favor.
